那時，公平要居在曠野；公義要居在肥田。

基達的羊羣都必聚集到你這裏，尼拜約的公羊要供你使用，在我壇上必蒙悅納；我必榮耀我榮耀的殿。

他要執掌權柄，從這海直到那海，從大河直到地極。住在曠野的，必在他面前下拜；他的仇敵必要舔土。他施和海島的王要進貢；示巴和西巴的王要獻禮物。

那時，瘸子必跳躍像鹿；啞巴的舌頭必能歌唱。在曠野必有水發出；在沙漠必有河湧流。

我要在淨光的高處開江河，在谷中開泉源；我要使沙漠變為水池，使乾地變為湧泉。我要在曠野種上香柏樹、皂莢樹、番石榴樹，和野橄欖樹。我在沙漠要把松樹、杉樹，並黃楊樹一同栽植；

看哪，有報好信傳平安之人的腳登山，說：猶大啊，可以守你的節期，還你所許的願吧！因為那惡人不再從你中間經過，他已滅絕淨盡了。

主對我這樣說：「一年之內，照雇工的年數，基達的一切榮耀必歸於無有。

你們當將羊羔奉給那地掌權的，從西拉往曠野，送到錫安城的山。

我寄居在米設，住在基達帳棚之中，有禍了！

那報佳音，傳平安，報好信，傳救恩的，對錫安說：你的神作王了！這人的腳登山何等佳美！

耶和華對她說：兩國在你腹內；兩族要從你身上出來。這族必強於那族；將來大的要服事小的。

看哪，我要做一件新事；如今要發現，你們豈不知道嗎？我必在曠野開道路，在沙漠開江河。

摩押的居民哪，要離開城邑，住在山崖裏，像鴿子在深淵口上搭窩。

有人聲喊着說：在曠野預備耶和華的路，在沙漠地修平我們神的道。

曠野和乾旱之地必然歡喜；沙漠也必快樂；又像玫瑰開花，

住在山穴中據守山頂的啊，論到你的威嚇，你因心中的狂傲自欺；你雖如大鷹高高搭窩，我卻從那裏拉下你來。這是耶和華說的。

耶和華說：住山谷和平原磐石上的居民，你們說：誰能下來攻擊我們？誰能進入我們的住處呢？看哪，我與你們為敵。

住在山穴中、居所在高處的啊，你因狂傲自欺，心裏說：誰能將我拉下地去呢？
