那时，公平必充满旷野，公义必遍布沃野。

基达的羊群必集合到你那里，尼拜约的公羊必供你使用，它们在我的坛上必蒙悦纳。我要使我荣美的殿更荣美。

瘸子必跳跃如鹿，哑巴必欢呼歌唱；旷野上泉水涌流，沙漠里河川奔腾；

我要使光秃的山岭上江河奔流，山谷中泉水涌流；我要使沙漠变成水塘，使干地冒出泉水。我要在旷野栽香柏树、皂荚树、番石榴树和橄榄树。我要在沙漠种松树、杉树和黄杨树。

看啊，传喜讯、报平安的人穿山越岭而来。犹大啊，庆祝你的节期，还你许的愿吧！邪恶之人将不再侵扰你，他们都将被彻底毁灭。

耶和华对我说：“如同雇工合约规定的做工年限，一年之内，基达所有的荣耀必消失，

摩押人从西拉穿过旷野，来到锡安城的山，把羊羔献给那里的掌权者。

我寄居在米设和基达的人当中有祸了！

那穿山越岭之人的脚踪是何等佳美！他带来佳音，报告平安，传递喜讯，宣布救恩，对锡安说：“你的上帝做王了。”

耶和华对她说：“你腹中有两个国家，你要生出两个敌对的民族，一族要比另一族强大，将来大的要服侍小的。”

看啊，我要行一件新事，这事现在就要发生，难道你们没有察觉吗？我要在旷野辟道路，在沙漠开江河。

“摩押人啊，你们要离开城邑，住到岩洞里，像鸽子在岩缝里筑巢一样。

听啊，有人高喊：“在旷野预备耶和华的道，在沙漠修直我们上帝的路。

沙漠和干旱之地必欢喜；旷野必快乐，开满鲜花，

你这栖身在石缝间、盘踞在高山上的民族啊，你令人惊惧、心高气傲，其实只是自欺。尽管你像老鹰在高处搭窝，我也必把你拉下来。这是耶和华说的。

耶和华说，耶路撒冷啊，你坐落在山谷之上，如平原的磐石，自以为无人能攻击你，无人能闯入你的住处。但我要攻击你，

你住在悬崖峭壁间，住在高山上，自以为谁也不能把你拉下来，但你的骄傲欺骗了你。
