Who has done this and carried it through, calling forth the generations from the beginning? I, the Lord— with the first of them and with the last— I am he.”

雅各家以色列族我所遴選、宜聽我言、我乃始始之、終終之者也。

崇拜偶像之人、誰能預言、事之未至、俾人曉然、事之既成、服其先見、爾中能此者迄無其人、如其有之、人未之聞。

始末初終者、我也、

我見之、俯伏如死、彼手撫我曰、無畏、我乃始始之、終終之者也、

自始迄終、未來之事、我一一預言、我旨必成、意必就。

萬有之主、以色列族之君、民之救主耶和華曰、本末初終、惟我是操、我外別無上帝。越在疇昔、我立斯民、未來之事、我皆預言、莫不徵應、孰能與我比儗哉、如有其人、使試言未來事、以為徵據。

往古之日、當憶勿忘、歷代之年、思念在心、問之於父、父必示爾、詰諸長老、彼將告爾。至高者使四方之民得業、俾亞當後裔散處、則定異邦民之郊址、循以色列族之核數。

主曰、吾始末初終、自昔及今永在、無所不能、

將有處女懷孕生子、人稱其名以馬內利、譯即上帝偕我焉、

爾當書達士每拿會使者、曰、主始始之、終終之、死而復生、言曰、

雅各家以色列族為人攘奪、為人俘囚、誰使之然、非我耶和華乎、彼蹈罪愆、不從我道、不遵我法、

耶和華曰、昔我預言諸事、明示於眾、猝然成之。我知爾剛愎性成、鐵項銅額、越在疇昔、事未至、我先言之、俾爾知悉、恐爾以為所鑄之偶像作此。爾始耳聞、今能目睹、何不以此明示於眾、今而後未來之事、素稱秘奧、爾所未知者、我以之啟迪爾、稽古以來、未有若此、今特新創、俾爾聞所未聞、恐爾言曰、予已知之矣、

主造萬國、本於一脈、地以居之、時以定之、界以限之、

上帝所為、早已知之、

曰吾始末初終、爾所及見者、當筆於書、達亞西亞之以弗所、士每拿、別伽摩、推雅推喇、撒狄、非拉鐵非、老底嘉、七會、

教之守我所命爾者、且我常偕爾、至世末焉、

雅各家以色列族之餘民、自肇厥邦、我保抱之、提攜之、若懷赤子、以至耄耋、皓然白首、我扶翼爾、拯救爾、爾其聽予焉。

掬掌以承滄海、布指以度穹蒼、斗量坤輿、權衡山嶽、孰能為之哉。

爾當仰觀、天象羅布、有若軍旅、上帝以巨能大力、創造星辰、呼其名、核其數、無不應命。
