so that people may see and know, may consider and understand, that the hand of the Lord has done this, that the Holy One of Israel has created it.

Then people will see and know that my powerful hand has done it. They will consider and understand that I have created it. I am the Holy One of Israel.”

I am doing this so all who see this miracle will understand what it means— that it is the Lord who has done this, the Holy One of Israel who created it.

皆耶和華使之然、此理誰不知之乎、

我所肇造之邦、更當揄揚我名。

然我使爾崛興、以顯我能、我名播揚於天下。

我耶和華救雅各家以色列族、以彰己榮、天上地下、俱當歡呼、山岡林木、無不謳歌。

使彼眾人、知余之得救、爾使然兮、

當日主必臨、受榮於厥聖徒、見異於諸信士、爾信吾道亦若是、

凡為我赤子、我肇造爾邦家、以彰我榮。列國之民、有目而不見、有耳而不聞、亦當咸集、其中孰能言未來事、悉有應驗、如其有之、試述其據、使聞者咸起信心。耶和華又曰、我之選民、為我臣僕、可為證、灼知予、篤信予、以我為上帝、在我之先、在我之後、無他上帝。

其所思所為、我鑒察之、必使諸國異邦和會、覿我輝煌。

自日出之鄉、日入之所、俾咸知我耶和華、獨一無二、其外無他。或禍或福、或光或暗、俱我耶和華使之然。天降仁義、地產福祉、俱必萌芽、我耶和華使之然。

欲攻雅各家、卜之不利、欲擊以色列、占之不祥、於斯時也、人有言矣、上帝之待雅各以色列、何其奇與、

夫上帝因基督耶穌、甦我儕、賜同坐於天、上帝因基督耶穌、慈愛我儕、示後世知厥恩莫大、蓋爾曹以恩得救、由於信主、非由己也、上帝所賜、非恃功、無可誇、上帝預定我從善、以基督耶穌造我、使我行善焉、
