上帝说：“众海岛啊，要在我面前安静！让众民重新拿出勇力，让他们前来说话，让我们一起来理论。

众海岛啊！你们要在我面前静默，愿万民重新得力。让他们近前来，然后说话，让我们聚在一起辩论吧！

众海岛啊，你们要在我面前沉默！万民哪，你们要重新得力！近前来开口吧；让我们聚在一起辩明公正！

沿海地帶啊，要靜靜聽我！讓萬國之民從新得力哦！讓他們進前來，然後說話；我們一同辯訴吧！

眾海島啊，你們要在我面前沉默！萬民哪，你們要重新得力！近前來開口吧；讓我們聚在一起辯明公正！

島嶼之眾、宜緘口於我前、列國之民、當補其力、進而致詞、爾我共同辯論、

瀕海之民、宜緘口、遠方之人、當補力、俱集我所、與我辯論。

洲島洲島或作沿海下同列族、當緘默於我前、當緘默於我前或作當緘默而聽我言一切萬民、當增新精力、咸可前來、然後可言、與我辯論、

“ Be silent before me, you islands! Let the nations renew their strength! Let them come forward and speak; let us meet together at the place of judgment.

The Lord says,“ People who live on the islands, come and stand quietly in front of me. Let the nations gain new strength in order to state their case. Let them come forward and speak. Let us go to court and find out who is right.

Listen to me in silence, O coastlands; let the peoples renew their strength; let them approach, then let them speak; let us together draw near for judgment.

“ Listen in silence before me, you lands beyond the sea. Bring your strongest arguments. Come now and speak. The court is ready for your case.

“ Be silent before me, coasts and islands! And let peoples renew their strength. Let them approach; let them testify; let’s come together for the trial.

“ Listen to Me in silence, you coastlands, And let the peoples gain new strength; Let them come forward, then let them speak; Let’s come together for judgment.

“ Keep silence before Me, O coastlands, And let the people renew their strength! Let them come near, then let them speak; Let us come near together for judgment.

Keep silence before me, O islands; and let the peoples renew their strength: let them come near; then let them speak; let us come near together to judgment.

“ Be silent before Me, islands! And let peoples renew their strength. Let them approach, then let them testify; let us come together for the trial.

“ Listen to me in silence, you coastlands! Let the nations find renewed strength! Let them approach and then speak; let us come together for debate!

“ Come now, and let’s reason together,” says Yahweh:“ Though your sins are as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

But Yahweh is in his holy temple. Let all the earth be silent before him!”

Be silent, all flesh, before Yahweh; for he has roused himself from his holy habitation!”

Listen now to what Yahweh says:“ Arise, plead your case before the mountains, and let the hills hear what you have to say.Hear, you mountains, Yahweh’s controversy, and you enduring foundations of the earth; for Yahweh has a controversy with his people, and he will contend with Israel.My people, what have I done to you? How have I burdened you? Answer me!

Everyone helps his neighbor. They say to their brothers,“ Be strong!”So the carpenter encourages the goldsmith. He who smoothes with the hammer encourages him who strikes the anvil, saying of the soldering,“ It is good;” and he fastens it with nails, that it might not totter.

It will happen in that day that the Lord will set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant that is left of his people from Assyria, from Egypt, from Pathros, from Cush, from Elam, from Shinar, from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.

Come near, you nations, to hear! Listen, you peoples. Let the earth and all it contains hear, the world, and everything that comes from it.

“ Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations. I will be exalted in the earth.”

Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruning hooks into spears. Let the weak say,‘ I am strong.’Hurry and come, all you surrounding nations, and gather yourselves together.” Cause your mighty ones to come down there, Yahweh.

“ Now brace yourself like a man. I will question you, and you will answer me.Will you even annul my judgment? Will you condemn me, that you may be justified?Or do you have an arm like God? Can you thunder with a voice like him?“ Now deck yourself with excellency and dignity. Array yourself with honor and majesty.

Oh that I knew where I might find him! That I might come even to his seat!I would set my cause in order before him, and fill my mouth with arguments.I would know the words which he would answer me, and understand what he would tell me.Would he contend with me in the greatness of his power? No, but he would listen to me.There the upright might reason with him, so I should be delivered forever from my judge.

Brace yourself like a man, for I will question you, then you answer me!

“ Come near to me and hear this:“ From the beginning I have not spoken in secret; from the time that it happened, I was there.” Now the Lord Yahweh has sent me with his Spirit.

oh that I had one to hear me! Behold, here is my signature! Let the Almighty answer me! Let the accuser write my indictment!Surely I would carry it on my shoulder; and I would bind it to me as a crown.

Make an uproar, you peoples, and be broken in pieces! Listen, all you from far countries: dress for battle, and be shattered! Dress for battle, and be shattered!Take counsel together, and it will be brought to nothing; speak the word, and it will not stand, for God is with us.”

Produce your cause,” says Yahweh.“ Bring out your strong reasons!” says the King of Jacob.“ Let them announce and declare to us what will happen! Declare the former things, what they are, that we may consider them, and know the latter end of them; or show us things to come.

He who justifies me is near. Who will bring charges against me? Let us stand up together. Who is my adversary? Let him come near to me.

Listen, islands, to me. Listen, you peoples, from afar: Yahweh has called me from the womb; from the inside of my mother, he has mentioned my name.
