上帝说：“众海岛啊，要在我面前安静！让众民重新拿出勇力，让他们前来说话，让我们一起来理论。

众海岛啊，你们要在我面前沉默！万民哪，你们要重新得力！近前来开口吧；让我们聚在一起辩明公正！

沿海地帶啊，要靜靜聽我！讓萬國之民從新得力哦！讓他們進前來，然後說話；我們一同辯訴吧！

眾海島啊，你們要在我面前沉默！萬民哪，你們要重新得力！近前來開口吧；讓我們聚在一起辯明公正！

島嶼之眾、宜緘口於我前、列國之民、當補其力、進而致詞、爾我共同辯論、

瀕海之民、宜緘口、遠方之人、當補力、俱集我所、與我辯論。

洲島洲島或作沿海下同列族、當緘默於我前、當緘默於我前或作當緘默而聽我言一切萬民、當增新精力、咸可前來、然後可言、與我辯論、

“ Be silent before me, you islands! Let the nations renew their strength! Let them come forward and speak; let us meet together at the place of judgment.

The Lord says,“ People who live on the islands, come and stand quietly in front of me. Let the nations gain new strength in order to state their case. Let them come forward and speak. Let us go to court and find out who is right.

Listen to me in silence, O coastlands; let the peoples renew their strength; let them approach, then let them speak; let us together draw near for judgment.

“ Listen in silence before me, you lands beyond the sea. Bring your strongest arguments. Come now and speak. The court is ready for your case.

“ Be silent before me, coasts and islands! And let peoples renew their strength. Let them approach; let them testify; let’s come together for the trial.

“ Keep silence before Me, O coastlands, And let the people renew their strength! Let them come near, then let them speak; Let us come near together for judgment.

“ Be silent before Me, islands! And let peoples renew their strength. Let them approach, then let them testify; let us come together for the trial.

“ Listen to me in silence, you coastlands! Let the nations find renewed strength! Let them approach and then speak; let us come together for debate!

“ Keep silent before me, islands, and let the peoples renew their strength. Let them come near, then let them speak. Let’s meet together for judgment.

“ Come now, and let us debate your case,” Says the Lord,“ Though your sins are as scarlet, They shall become as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be like wool.

But the Lord is in His holy temple. Let all the earth be silent before Him.”

“ Be silent, all mankind, before the Lord; for He has roused Himself from His holy dwelling.”

Hear now what the Lord is saying,“ Arise, plead your case before the mountains, And let the hills hear your voice.Listen, you mountains, to the indictment by the Lord, And you enduring foundations of the earth, Because the Lord has a case against His people; And He will dispute with Israel.My people, what have I done to you, And how have I wearied you? Answer Me.

Each one helps his neighbor And says to his brother,“ Be strong!”So the craftsman encourages the smelter, And he who smooths metal with the hammer encourages him who beats the anvil, Saying of the soldering,“ It is good”; And he fastens it with nails, So that it will not totter.

Then it will happen on that day that the Lord Will again recover with His hand the second time The remnant of His people who will remain, From Assyria, Egypt, Pathros, Cush, Elam, Shinar, Hamath, And from the islands of the sea.

Come near, you nations, to hear; and listen, you peoples! Let the earth and all it contains hear, and the world and all that springs from it.

“ Stop striving and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted on the earth.”

Beat your plowshares into swords, And your pruning hooks into spears; Let the weak man say,“ I am a warrior.”Hurry and come, all you surrounding nations, And gather yourselves there. Bring down, Lord, Your warriors.

“ Now tighten the belt on your waist like a man; I will ask you, and you instruct Me.Will you really nullify My judgment? Will you condemn Me so that you may be justified?Or do you have an arm like God, And can you thunder with a voice like His?“ Adorn yourself with pride and dignity, And clothe yourself with honor and majesty.

Oh that I knew how to find Him, That I might come to His home!I would present my case before Him And fill my mouth with arguments.I would learn the words which He would answer, And perceive what He would tell me.Would He contend with me by the greatness of His power? No, surely He would pay attention to me.There the upright would argue with Him; And I would be free of my Judge forever.

Now tighten the belt on your waist like a man, And I shall ask you, and you inform Me!

Come near to Me, listen to this: From the beginning I have not spoken in secret, From the time it took place, I was there. And now the Lord God has sent Me, and His Spirit.”

Oh that I had one to hear me! Here is my signature; Let the Almighty answer me! And the indictment which my adversary has written,I would certainly carry it on my shoulder, I would tie it to myself like a garland.

“ Be broken, you peoples, and be shattered; And listen, all remote places of the earth. Get ready, yet be shattered; Get ready, yet be shattered.Devise a plan, but it will fail; State a proposal, but it will not stand, For God is with us.”

“ Present your case,” the Lord says.“ Bring forward your evidence,” The King of Jacob says.Let them bring them forward and declare to us what is going to take place; As for the former events, declare what they were, So that we may consider them and know their outcome. Or announce to us what is coming;

He who vindicates Me is near; Who will contend with Me? Let us stand up to each other. Who has a case against Me? Let him approach Me.

Listen to Me, you islands, And pay attention, you peoples from afar. The Lord called Me from the womb; From the body of My mother He named Me.
