Every valley shall be raised up, every mountain and hill made low; the rough ground shall become level, the rugged places a plain.

千山荒寂、百草槁枯、江河咸竭、池沼盡涸、我使之然。惟彼瞽者、我必相之、彼不識途、我必導之、使暗為光。使曲為直、我行如是、必不遐棄斯民。

時日將至、萬有之主耶和華、必折驕矜者之氣、使自高者降而為卑。凡利巴嫩干霄之柏香木、巴山之橡樹。巖巖之眾山、巍巍之峻嶺。崇高之臺榭、鞏固之城垣、

我耶和華使高木為低、使低木為高、使青者為枯、使枯者復茂、則郊原諸木、皆知言之行之者、惟我耶和華而已。

爾施震怒、使矜高者卑微、驕肆者喪敗、作惡者蹂躪。

貧乏者流、處於塵埃、居於糞攘、主舉而升之兮、使與民牧、爰居爰處兮、

舉貧賤者於塵埃、升匱乏者於糞壤、使坐於民牧間、致得榮位、蓋大地之基屬耶和華、使宇宙立於其上。

沙漠基達之民、或在鄉里、或在城邑、或在磐巖、或在岡巒、靡不大聲謳歌、

有權者、黜其位、卑者、舉而上、饑者、飽以珍羞、富者、使之徒反、

所行邪曲、所為橫逆。
