爾其仰觀、凡此天象、為誰所造、誰核其數、而導之出、悉呼其名、因有大能大力、無不應命、○

爾當仰觀、天象羅布、有若軍旅、上帝以巨能大力、創造星辰、呼其名、核其數、無不應命。

Lift up your eyes and look to the heavens: Who created all these? He who brings out the starry host one by one and calls forth each of them by name. Because of his great power and mighty strength, not one of them is missing.

Look up toward the sky. Who created everything you see? The Lord causes the stars to come out at night one by one. He calls out each one of them by name. His power and strength are great. So none of the stars is missing.

Lift up your eyes on high and see: who created these? He who brings out their host by number, calling them all by name; by the greatness of his might and because he is strong in power, not one is missing.

主耶和華歟、曾以巨力大能、大能原文作伸臂創造天地、無事主不能成、施恩於千百代、因父之罪、罰及後嗣、至大全能之天主、名為萬有之主、謀略有大智、行事有大能、聖目鑒察世人之舉動、視人之舉動及其行為之結果、而加以報施、

爾當仰目觀天、俯察下地、天必散如煙、地必敝如衣、地上居民、死若蟲蚋、地上居民死若蟲蚋或作地上居民死亡亦若是惟我之拯救、永遠恆存、我之仁義、永不毀滅、

天屬主、地亦屬主、世界與其間萬物、皆為主所建定、南北為主所創、他泊黑門、皆因主名歡呼、主之臂有力、主之手有能、主之右手至高、

我手奠地、我右手張天、我一命之、即咸立定、

蓋萬物藉之而造、無論在天在地、有形無形、有位者、主治者、執政者、秉權者、皆藉彼而造、亦為彼而造、彼先於萬物、萬物藉彼而立、

主天主造諸天而張之、闢地及造其上之萬物、以生氣賦地上之生民、以靈性畀凡行於地者、今如是云、

我造光、造暗、作福、作禍、此皆為我耶和華所造、

日月、當頌揚主、發光之列星、當頌揚主、諸天上之天、當頌揚主、天上之雲漢、當頌揚主、此皆當頌揚主名、因主一發命便皆造成、此皆為主設立、直至永遠、主已定命、不許踰越、

爾當詳察、細讀主之書、則知此一切、無一缺少、無一無偶、蓋主口命定如是、皆循主之心志而集、

主計眾星之數、一一稱道其名、我主至大、能力無邊、主之智慧、無窮無盡、

爾當如斯告彼曰、非造天地之神、必亡於地、於此天下、惟主以其大能、創造大地、以其智慧、奠定宇宙、以其明哲、舒張高天、

主在古初創立地之根基、天亦為主手所造、

諸天述說主之榮耀、穹蒼傳揚主手所作、

又恐爾舉目向天、見日月星辰及諸星宿、諸星宿或作諸天像即主爾之天主為天下萬民所陳列者、則自迷惑崇拜奉事、

救贖爾、自爾初生、初生或作出母胎甄陶爾之主如是云、我乃主創造萬物、獨張諸天、以己力闢地、

天地萬物既成、至第七日、天主造物之工已竣、遂於第七日安息、
