創地之先、已有大道、爾豈未之知、未之聞耶。

爾豈未知乎、豈未聞乎、豈未自始傳於爾乎、豈未俯察地基而自悟乎、

Do you not know? Have you not heard? Has it not been told you from the beginning? Have you not understood since the earth was founded?

Don’t you know who made everything? Haven’t you heard about him? Hasn’t it been told to you from the beginning? Haven’t you understood it ever since the earth was made?

Haven’t you heard? Don’t you understand? Are you deaf to the words of God— the words he gave before the world began? Are you so ignorant?

諸天必表明他的公義，因為神是施行審判的。（細拉）

你們當記得這事，立定心意。叛逆的人哪，要留心思想。

我親手立了地的根基，以右手鋪張諸天；我一召喚，天地就都立定。」

然而他未嘗不為自己留下證據來，就如常行善事，從天降雨，賞賜豐年，使你們飲食飽足，滿心喜樂。」

神的事情，人所能知道的，原顯明在人心裏，因為神已經向他們顯明。自從造天地以來，神的永能和神性是明明可知的，雖然眼不能見，但藉着所造之物就可以了解看見，叫人無可推諉。因為，他們雖然知道神，卻不把他當作神榮耀他，也不感謝他。他們的思想變為虛妄，無知的心昏暗了。

造它們的要像它們一樣，凡靠它們的也必如此。

他們既然故意不認識神，神就任憑他們存扭曲的心，做那些不該做的事，

卻忘記鋪張諸天、立定地基、造你的耶和華？你因欺壓者圖謀毀滅所發的暴怒，終日害怕，其實那欺壓者的暴怒在哪裏呢？

它的枝條一枯乾，就被折斷，婦女用以點火燃燒。因為這百姓蒙昧無知，所以，造他們的必不憐憫他們，造成他們的也不施恩給他們。

他以灰塵為食，心裏迷糊，以致偏邪，不能自救，也不能說：「我右手中豈不是有虛謊嗎？」

這樣說來，猶太人有甚麼比別人強呢？割禮有甚麼益處呢？很多，各方面都有。首先，神的聖言交託他們。

諸天述說神的榮耀，穹蒼傳揚他手的作為。這日到那日發出言語，這夜到那夜傳出知識。無言無語，也無聲音可聽。它們的聲浪傳遍天下，它們的言語傳到地極。神在其中為太陽安設帳幕，太陽如同新郎步出洞房，又如勇士歡然奔路。

他們如同畜牲，盡都愚昧。偶像的訓誨算甚麼呢？偶像不過是木頭，錘煉的銀片是從他施來的，金子則從烏法而來，都是匠人和銀匠的手工；又有藍色和紫色的衣服，全都是巧匠的作品。惟耶和華是真神，是活的神，是永遠的王。他一發怒，大地震動；他一惱恨，列國擔當不起。你們要對他們這樣說：「那些不是創造天地的神明，必從地上、從天下被除滅！」耶和華以能力創造大地，以智慧建立世界，以聰明鋪張穹蒼。
