他若專心為己，將靈和氣收歸自己，凡血肉之軀必一同死亡；世人必歸於塵土。

當那日，主必再度伸手救回自己百姓中所剩餘的，就是在亞述、埃及、巴特羅、古實、以攔、示拿、哈馬，並眾海島所剩下的。

他必按人的行為報應，惱怒他的敵人，報復他的仇敵，向眾海島施行報應。

你那成羣的陌生人要像細塵，暴民要像吹起的糠粃；這事必頃刻之間忽然臨到。

我要在他們中間顯神蹟，差遣他們當中的倖存者到列國去，就是到他施、普勒、以善射聞名的路德、土巴、雅完，和未曾聽見我名聲，未曾看見我榮耀的遙遠海島那裏去；他們必在列國中傳揚我的榮耀。

從這些人中有沿海國家的人散居各處，有自己的土地，各有各的語言、宗族、國家。

眾海島看見就都害怕，地極也都戰兢，他們近前來；

耶和華必向他們顯為可畏，因他使地上的眾神衰微；列國的海島各在自己的地方敬拜他。

其後北方王必轉頭，奪取許多海島。但有一將帥除掉北方王對人的羞辱，並且使羞辱歸到他自己身上。
