他又说：“主啊，你在起初立定了大地的根基，诸天也是你手所造的。天地将要毁灭，你却继续存留；天地都要像衣服那样渐渐破旧。你将要把天地像外衣那样卷起来，天地也要像衣服那样被更换；你却永不改变，你的岁月没有穷尽。”

你在起初奠定了大地的根基，诸天也是你手所造的。天地将要消亡，你却继续存留；天地都要像衣服那样渐渐破旧，你把它们像衣袍那样更换，它们就消逝了；

我亲手奠定了大地的根基，我的右手展开了诸天；我一召唤它们，它们就一同立起。

那时耶和华还没有造大地、田野，也没有造世上最初的尘土。在他确立诸天时，我在那里——他在渊面上立定圆穹，他布置天上的云朵，使深渊的泉眼喷涌；

接着，我看见一个白色的大宝座和坐在它上面的那一位。地和天都从他面前逃避，连它们的地方也找不到了。

耶和华披戴光明如披衣裳，展开诸天如幔帐。他在水中为自己的楼阁架栋梁，以云彩为自己的战车，乘驾风的翅膀而行。
