也必有亭子，日間可以使人得陰涼、避炎熱，也可以作避難時藏身之所，或作躲避狂風暴雨之處。

“所以，凡聽見我這些話又遵行的，就像聰明的人，把自己的房子蓋在磐石上。雨淋、水沖、風吹，搖撼那房子，房子卻不倒塌，因為建基在磐石上。凡聽見我這些話卻不遵行的，就像愚蠢的人，把自己的房子蓋在沙土上。雨淋、水沖、風吹，搖撼那房子，房子就倒塌了，並且倒塌得很厲害。”

他必向信靠他的人作聖所，卻向以色列兩家作絆腳的石頭、跌人的磐石；又向耶路撒冷的居民作陷阱和網羅。

因此你要說：‘主耶和華這樣說：我雖然把他們遠遠地遷到列國之中，使他們分散在各地，我還要在他們所到的各地暫作他們的聖所。’

這兩件事是不能更改的，因為神是決不說謊的。因此，我們這些逃進避難所的人，就大得安慰，抓緊那擺在我們面前的盼望。

因著信，挪亞在還沒有看見的事上，得了神的警告，就動了敬畏的心，做了一艘方舟，使他全家得救。藉著這信心，他就定了那世代的罪，自己也承受了那因信而來的義。

那時，我的子民必住在平安的居所，安穩的住處，不受騷擾的安息之處。但在敵人的國土中，必有冰雹降下，打倒他們的樹林，他們的城必被夷平。

他們必不再餓，也不再渴；太陽和一切炎熱必不傷害他們。
