將來的日子，雅各必扎下根，以色列必發芽、開花，果實遍滿地面。

猶大家殘留的幸存者將再次往下扎根，向上結果；必有餘剩之民從耶路撒冷而出，必有幸存者從錫安山而來。萬軍之耶和華的熱心必成就這事。』

但神對他的答覆是怎麼說的呢？「我為自己保留了七千人，他們是沒有向巴力屈膝的。」照樣，在現今的時刻也有剩餘的少數，就是藉著恩典蒙揀選的人。

因為那吩咐「要有光從黑暗裡照耀出來」的神，已經照耀了我們的心，為要發出神榮耀的知識之光——這光就在耶穌基督的臉上。

願五穀在大地、在群山的頂上豐盛；願它們的果實晃動，如同黎巴嫩的香柏樹；願城中人丁興旺，如同地上的牧草。

他必以公義審斷貧弱者，以正直裁決世上的卑微人；以口中的杖擊打世界，以嘴裡的氣殺死惡人。

大地有了出產；神，我們的神，要祝福我們。

要知道，我們從前讓你們明白我們主耶穌基督的大能和他來臨的事，並不是隨從巧言編造的故事，相反，我們是親眼見過他威榮的人。

道成了肉身，居住在我們中間。我們看到了他的榮耀，正是從父而來的獨生子的榮耀，充滿了恩典和真理。

到那日，耶和華要從幼發拉底河到埃及溪谷，打收穀物——以色列子孫哪，你們必被一個一個撿拾回來！到那日，必有大號角吹響，那些在亞述地快要滅亡的，以及那些被驅趕到埃及地的都要來，在耶路撒冷的聖山敬拜耶和華。

主必賜下雨水給你播在地裡的種子，並要使地裡出肥美豐盛的糧食。到那日，你的牲畜將在寬闊的草場上吃草；

你們要時刻警醒、禱告，使你們能夠逃避這一切將要發生的事，好站立在人子面前。」

信實從地上生出，公義從天上俯瞰。耶和華必賜下福份，我們的地必有出產。

「諸天哪，從上面降下公義！願雲朵傾下公義；願大地開裂，救恩結出果實，使公義一同發芽！是我耶和華造了這一切。」

這些事以後，我觀看，看哪，有一大群人，沒有人能夠數過來。他們來自各國家、各支派、各民族、各語言群體。他們身穿白袍，手裡拿著棕櫚枝，站在寶座和羔羊面前，大聲呼喊說：「救恩屬於坐在寶座上我們的神、屬於羔羊！」所有的天使都站在寶座、長老們和四個活物的周圍；他們在寶座前，把臉伏在地上，敬拜神，說：「阿們！願頌讚、榮耀、智慧、感謝、尊貴、權能、力量都歸於我們的神，直到永永遠遠！阿們。」長老中有一位問我，說：「這些身穿白袍的是誰？他們是從哪裡來的？」我對他說：「我主啊，你是知道的。」他就對我說：「這些人都是從大患難中出來的。他們用羔羊的血洗淨了自己的袍子，使它們潔白了。

到那日，以色列的餘剩者和雅各家的幸存者，必不再依賴那擊打他們的，卻要真誠地依賴耶和華——以色列的聖者。餘剩者將回歸，雅各的餘剩者將歸向全能的神。以色列啊，雖然你的子民多如海邊的沙粒，卻只有其中的餘剩者將回歸。滅絕已經註定，公義必如水漫溢，

那時，你的民全是義人，他們永遠繼承地土；他們是我栽種的枝子，是我手的作為，為要顯出我的榮耀。

從耶西的樹墩必發出一個嫩芽，從他的根而出的枝子必結果實。耶和華的靈必停留在那一位身上，就是智慧和悟性的靈，謀略和大能的靈，知識和敬畏耶和華的靈。

他是多麼善，多麼美！五穀使少男健壯，新酒使少女健美。

如果那些日子不被減少，就沒有一個人能得救。可是為了那些蒙揀選的人，那些日子將被減少。
