看哪，我要使亚哈斯日晷上随太阳前进的影子，往后退十度。”于是，在日晷上照下来的日影果然往后退了十度。

看哪！我要使亚哈斯日晷上那向前进的日影往后退十级。”于是那向前进的日影，果然在日晷上往后退了十级。

看哪！我要使亚哈斯的日晷上太阳照下的影子向后退十个刻度。’”于是日晷上太阳照下的影子，果然向后退了十个刻度。

看吧，我必使臺階上的日影兒、就是在亞哈斯臺階上所照下的、往後退十步。』於是在臺階上所照下的日影兒果然退了十步。

看哪！我要使亞哈斯的日晷上太陽照下的影子向後退十個刻度。』」於是日晷上太陽照下的影子，果然向後退了十個刻度。

亞哈斯日晷已進之影、我將使之退十度、於是已進之日、循晷而退十度、○

亞哈士日晷之影、將退十分、我使之然、其後果有是事。○

主曰、亞哈斯所作之日晷、我必使前進之日影、後退十度、於是前進之日影、果後退十度、○

I will make the shadow cast by the sun go back the ten steps it has gone down on the stairway of Ahaz.’” So the sunlight went back the ten steps it had gone down.

Behold, I will make the shadow cast by the declining sun on the dial of Ahaz turn back ten steps.” So the sun turned back on the dial the ten steps by which it had declined.

I will cause the sun’s shadow to move ten steps backward on the sundial of Ahaz!’” So the shadow on the sundial moved backward ten steps.

I am going to make the sun’s shadow that goes down on the stairway of Ahaz go back by ten steps.’” So the sun’s shadow went back the ten steps it had descended.

Behold, I will make the shadow on the stairway, which has gone down with the sun on the stairway of Ahaz, go back ten steps.” So the sun’s shadow went back ten steps on the stairway on which it had gone down.

Behold, I will bring the shadow on the sundial, which has gone down with the sun on the sundial of Ahaz, ten degrees backward.” So the sun returned ten degrees on the dial by which it had gone down.

behold, I will cause the shadow on the steps, which is gone down on the dial of Ahaz with the sun, to return backward ten steps. So the sun returned ten steps on the dial whereon it was gone down.

I am going to make the sun’s shadow that goes down on Ahaz’s stairway go back by 10 steps.” So the sun’s shadow went back the 10 steps it had descended.

Behold, I will bring again the shadow of the degrees, which is gone down in the sun dial of Ahaz, ten degrees backward. So the sun returned ten degrees, by which degrees it was gone down.

Look, I will make the shadow go back ten steps on the stairs of Ahaz.” And then the shadow went back ten steps.

Behold, I will cause the shadow on the sundial, which has gone down on the sundial of Ahaz with the sun, to return backward ten steps.”’” So the sun returned ten steps on the sundial on which it had gone down.

当耶和华将亚摩利人交给以色列人的那一日，约书亚向耶和华说话，在以色列人眼前说：“太阳啊，停在基遍；月亮啊，停在亚雅仑谷。”太阳就停住，月亮就止住，直到国家向敌人报仇。这事岂不是写在《雅煞珥书》上吗？太阳停在天空当中，没有急速落下，约有一整天。在这日以前，这日以后，耶和华听人的声音，没有像这日的，这是因为耶和华为以色列作战。

那些日子，希西家病得要死，就向耶和华祷告，耶和华应允他，赐他一个预兆。

法利赛人和撒都该人来试探耶稣，请他显个来自天上的神迹给他们看。

以赛亚说：“耶和华必成就他所说的这话。这是耶和华给你的预兆：你要日影向前进十度呢？或是要往后退十度呢？”希西家说：“日影向前进十度容易；不，让日影往后退十度吧。”以赛亚先知求告耶和华，耶和华就使亚哈斯日晷上照下来的日影，往后退了十度。

但当巴比伦诸侯差遣使者来见希西家，询问国中所发生的奇事时，神离开他，要考验他，好知道他心里的一切。
