主即將我之哀哭、變為踴躍、使我解脫麻衣、衣被喜樂、使我以榮美之詞歌頌主、永不緘默、主我之天主、我永遠讚美主、

我遇患難時、主藏我在主之帷幔中、將我藏在主幕之隱密處、使我高立於山巖之上、現今我能昂首高於圍我之敵人、我必在主之幕中歡呼獻祭、在主前謳歌奏樂、

求主容我啟唇、使我口得頌美主、
