I said,“ Lord, I’ll never see you again while I’m still alive. I’ll never see people anymore. I’ll never again be with those who live in this world.

我说：我必不得见耶和华，就是在活人之地不见耶和华；我与世上的居民不再见面。

我说，我必不得见耶和华，不得在活人之地见耶和华，也不再看见世人，就是短暂世界中的居民。

我说，我必不得见耶和华，不得在活人之地见耶和华，也不再看见世人，就是短暂世界中的居民。

我以为再也见不到耶和华，在世间再不能见到祂，也不能再见到世人。

我曾说：在活人之地，我必不得见耶和华；在世间的居民中，我必不再见到任何人。

我曾说：我必不得见耶和华，必不得见在活人之地的耶和华！我再也不会见到世上居民中的任何人。

我說：我必不得見耶和華，就是在活人之地不見耶和華；我與世上的居民不再見面。

我說，我必不得見耶和華，不得在活人之地見耶和華，也不再看見世人，就是短暫世界中的居民。

我說，我必不得見耶和華，不得在活人之地見耶和華，也不再看見世人，就是短暫世界中的居民。

我以為再也見不到耶和華，在世間再不能見到祂，也不能再見到世人。

我曾說：在活人之地，我必不得見耶和華；在世間的居民中，我必不再見到任何人。

我心裏說：在活人之地我必不得以見永恆主了；在人間世的居民中我必不再見到人類了。

我曾說：我必不得見耶和華，必不得見在活人之地的耶和華！我再也不會見到世上居民中的任何人。

又曰、我將於生存之地、不復見耶和華、與幽魂同處、不再見世人、

不得在世、瞻望耶和華、一入陰府、不見我同人、

我云、我不復瞻望主、不復瞻望主於生命之地、不復見同人、不復見世之居民、

I said,“ I will not again see the Lord himself in the land of the living; no longer will I look on my fellow man, or be with those who now dwell in this world.

I said, I shall not see the Lord, the Lord in the land of the living; I shall look on man no more among the inhabitants of the world.

I said,“ Never again will I see the Lord God while still in the land of the living. Never again will I see my friends or be with those who live in this world.

I said: I will never see the LORD, the LORD in the land of the living; I will not look on humanity any longer with the inhabitants of what is passing away.

I said,“ I will not see the Lord, The Lord in the land of the living; I will no longer look on mankind among the inhabitants of the world.

I said,“ I shall not see YAH, The Lord in the land of the living; I shall observe man no more among the inhabitants of the world.

I said, I shall not see Jehovah, even Jehovah in the land of the living: I shall behold man no more with the inhabitants of the world.

I said: I will never see the Lord, the Lord in the land of the living; I will not look on humanity any longer with the inhabitants of what is passing away.

I said, I shall not see the LORD,[ even] the LORD, in the land of the living: I shall behold man no more with the inhabitants of the world.

“ I thought,‘ I will no longer see the LORD in the land of the living, I will no longer look on humankind with the inhabitants of the world.

I said,“ I won’t see Yah, Yah in the land of the living. I will see man no more with the inhabitants of the world.

Here is something I am still sure of. I will see the Lord’ s goodness while I’m still alive.

People who are still alive know they’ll die. But those who have died don’t know anything. They don’t receive any more rewards. And even their name is forgotten.Their love, hate and jealousy disappear. They will never share again in anything that happens on earth.

Lord, turn to me and help me. Save me. Your love never fails.Dead people can’t call out your name. How can they praise you when they are in the grave?

So he certainly won’t listen to you. When you say you don’t see him, he won’t hear you. He won’t listen when you state your case to him. He won’t pay attention even if you wait for him.When you say his anger never punishes sin, he won’t hear you. He won’t listen when you say he doesn’t pay any attention to evil.

I was afraid and said,“ I’ve been cut off from you!” But you heard my cry for your favor. You heard me when I called out to you for help.

Lord, you have saved me from death. You have dried the tears from my eyes. You have kept me from tripping and falling.So now I can enjoy life here with you while I’m still living.
