以賽亞對他們說：「你們要這樣告訴你們的主人：『耶和華如此說：你不要因為聽見亞述王的僕人們褻瀆我的話而害怕。

以賽亞謂之曰、其告爾主曰、耶和華云、爾聞亞述王臣僕侮我之言、勿懼、

以賽亞曰、當告爾主耶和華云、爾聞亞述王僕隸侮我之言、毋畏、

以賽亞謂之曰、爾返告爾主王曰、主如是云、爾聞亞述之臣僕褻瀆我、勿因其言而懼、

Isaiah said to them,“ Tell your master,‘ This is what the Lord says: Do not be afraid of what you have heard— those words with which the underlings of the king of Assyria have blasphemed me.

Then he said to them,“ Tell your master,‘ The Lord says,“ Do not be afraid of what you have heard. The officers who are under the king of Assyria have spoken evil things against me.

Isaiah said to them,“ Say to your master,‘ Thus says the Lord: Do not be afraid because of the words that you have heard, with which the young men of the king of Assyria have reviled me.

the prophet replied,“ Say to your master,‘ This is what the Lord says: Do not be disturbed by this blasphemous speech against me from the Assyrian king’s messengers.

who said to them,“ Tell your master,‘ The LORD says this: Don’t be afraid because of the words you have heard, with which the king of Assyria’s attendants have blasphemed me.

And Isaiah said to them,“ This is what you shall say to your master:‘ This is what the Lord says:“ Do not be afraid because of the words that you have heard, with which the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed Me.

And Isaiah said unto them, Thus shall ye say to your master, Thus saith Jehovah, Be not afraid of the words that thou hast heard, wherewith the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed me.

who said to them,“ Tell your master this,‘ The Lord says: Don’t be afraid because of the words you have heard, which the king of Assyria’s attendants have blasphemed Me with.

And Isaiah said unto them, Thus shall ye say unto your master, Thus saith the LORD, Be not afraid of the words that thou hast heard, wherewith the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed me.

Isaiah said to them,“ Tell your master this:‘ This is what the LORD says:“ Don’t be afraid because of the things you have heard– these insults the king of Assyria’s servants have hurled against me.

Isaiah said to them,“ Tell your master,‘ Yahweh says,“ Don’t be afraid of the words that you have heard, with which the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed me.

Say to those who are fearful-hearted,“ Be strong, do not fear! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, With the recompense of God; He will come and save you.”

and say to him:‘ Take heed, and be quiet; do not fear or be fainthearted for these two stubs of smoking firebrands, for the fierce anger of Rezin and Syria, and the son of Remaliah.

“ I, even I, am He who comforts you. Who are you that you should be afraid Of a man who will die, And of the son of a man who will be made like grass?And you forget the Lord your Maker, Who stretched out the heavens And laid the foundations of the earth; You have feared continually every day Because of the fury of the oppressor, When he has prepared to destroy. And where is the fury of the oppressor?

Therefore thus says the Lord GOD of hosts:“ O My people, who dwell in Zion, do not be afraid of the Assyrian. He shall strike you with a rod and lift up his staff against you, in the manner of Egypt.For yet a very little while and the indignation will cease, as will My anger in their destruction.”

Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’“ Behold, all those who were incensed against you Shall be ashamed and disgraced; They shall be as nothing, And those who strive with you shall perish.You shall seek them and not find them— Those who contended with you. Those who war against you Shall be as nothing, As a nonexistent thing.For I, the Lord your God, will hold your right hand, Saying to you,‘ Fear not, I will help you.’“ Fear not, you worm Jacob, You men of Israel! I will help you,” says the Lord And your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.

As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, He said to the ruler of the synagogue,“ Do not be afraid; only believe.”

Five of you shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight; your enemies shall fall by the sword before you.

But now, thus says the Lord, who created you, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel:“ Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine.When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. Thus says the Lord to you:‘ Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God’s.Tomorrow go down against them. They will surely come up by the Ascent of Ziz, and you will find them at the end of the brook before the Wilderness of Jeruel.You will not need to fight in this battle. Position yourselves, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, who is with you, O Judah and Jerusalem!’ Do not fear or be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them, for the Lord is with you.”And Jehoshaphat bowed his head with his face to the ground, and all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem bowed before the Lord, worshiping the Lord.Then the Levites of the children of the Kohathites and of the children of the Korahites stood up to praise the Lord God of Israel with voices loud and high.So they rose early in the morning and went out into the Wilderness of Tekoa; and as they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said,“ Hear me, O Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem: Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established; believe His prophets, and you shall prosper.”

But He said to them,“ Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?”

So the servants of King Hezekiah came to Isaiah.And Isaiah said to them,“ Thus you shall say to your master,‘ Thus says the Lord:“ Do not be afraid of the words which you have heard, with which the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed Me.Surely I will send a spirit upon him, and he shall hear a rumor and return to his own land; and I will cause him to fall by the sword in his own land.”’”

Then she said to them,“ Thus says the Lord God of Israel,‘ Tell the man who sent you to Me,“ Thus says the Lord:‘ Behold, I will bring calamity on this place and on its inhabitants— all the words of the book which the king of Judah has read—because they have forsaken Me and burned incense to other gods, that they might provoke Me to anger with all the works of their hands. Therefore My wrath shall be aroused against this place and shall not be quenched.’”’But as for the king of Judah, who sent you to inquire of the Lord, in this manner you shall speak to him,‘ Thus says the Lord God of Israel:“ Concerning the words which you have heard—because your heart was tender, and you humbled yourself before the Lord when you heard what I spoke against this place and against its inhabitants, that they would become a desolation and a curse, and you tore your clothes and wept before Me, I also have heard you,” says the Lord.“ Surely, therefore, I will gather you to your fathers, and you shall be gathered to your grave in peace; and your eyes shall not see all the calamity which I will bring on this place.”’” So they brought back word to the king.
