Isaiah said to them,“ Tell your master,‘ This is what the Lord says: Do not be afraid of what you have heard— those words with which the underlings of the king of Assyria have blasphemed me.

Then he said to them,“ Tell your master,‘ The Lord says,“ Do not be afraid of what you have heard. The officers who are under the king of Assyria have spoken evil things against me.

Isaiah said to them,“ Say to your master,‘ Thus says the Lord: Do not be afraid because of the words that you have heard, with which the young men of the king of Assyria have reviled me.

the prophet replied,“ Say to your master,‘ This is what the Lord says: Do not be disturbed by this blasphemous speech against me from the Assyrian king’s messengers.

who said to them,“ Tell your master,‘ The LORD says this: Don’t be afraid because of the words you have heard, with which the king of Assyria’s attendants have blasphemed me.

And Isaiah said to them,“ This is what you shall say to your master:‘ This is what the Lord says:“ Do not be afraid because of the words that you have heard, with which the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed Me.

And Isaiah said to them,“ Thus you shall say to your master,‘ Thus says the Lord:“ Do not be afraid of the words which you have heard, with which the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed Me.

And Isaiah said unto them, Thus shall ye say to your master, Thus saith Jehovah, Be not afraid of the words that thou hast heard, wherewith the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed me.

who said to them,“ Tell your master this,‘ The Lord says: Don’t be afraid because of the words you have heard, which the king of Assyria’s attendants have blasphemed Me with.

And Isaiah said unto them, Thus shall ye say unto your master, Thus saith the LORD, Be not afraid of the words that thou hast heard, wherewith the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed me.

Isaiah said to them,“ Tell your master,‘ Yahweh says,“ Don’t be afraid of the words that you have heard, with which the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed me.

Tell those who panic,“ Be strong! Do not fear! Look, your God comes to avenge! With divine retribution he comes to deliver you.”

Tell him,‘ Make sure you stay calm! Don’t be afraid! Don’t be intimidated by these two stubs of smoking logs, or by the raging anger of Rezin, Syria, and the son of Remaliah.

“ I, I am the one who consoles you. Why are you afraid of mortal men, of mere human beings who are as short-lived as grass?Why do you forget the LORD, who made you, who stretched out the sky and founded the earth? Why do you constantly tremble all day long at the anger of the oppressor, when he makes plans to destroy? Where is the anger of the oppressor?

So here is what the sovereign master, the LORD who commands armies, says:“ My people who live in Zion, do not be afraid of Assyria, even though they beat you with a club and lift their cudgel against you as Egypt did.For very soon my fury will subside, and my anger will be directed toward their destruction.”

Don’t be afraid, for I am with you! Don’t be frightened, for I am your God! I strengthen you– yes, I help you– yes, I uphold you with my saving right hand!Look, all who were angry at you will be ashamed and humiliated; your adversaries will be reduced to nothing and perish.When you will look for your opponents, you will not find them; your enemies will be reduced to absolutely nothing.For I am the LORD your God, the one who takes hold of your right hand, who says to you,‘ Don’t be afraid, I am helping you.’Don’t be afraid, despised insignificant Jacob, men of Israel. I am helping you,” says the LORD, your protector, the Holy One of Israel.

But Jesus, paying no attention to what was said, told the synagogue ruler,“ Do not be afraid; just believe.”

Five of you will pursue a hundred, and a hundred of you will pursue ten thousand, and your enemies will fall before you by the sword.

Now, this is what the LORD says, the one who created you, O Jacob, and formed you, O Israel:“ Don’t be afraid, for I will protect you. You will find them at the end of the ravine in front of the Desert of Jeruel.You will not fight in this battle. Take your positions, stand, and watch the LORD deliver you, O Judah and Jerusalem. Don’t be afraid and don’t panic! Tomorrow march out toward them; the LORD is with you!’”Jehoshaphat bowed down with his face toward the ground, and all the people of Judah and the residents of Jerusalem fell down before the LORD and worshiped him.Then some Levites, from the Kohathites and Korahites, got up and loudly praised the LORD God of Israel.Early the next morning they marched out to the Desert of Tekoa. When they were ready to march, Jehoshaphat stood up and said:“ Listen to me, you people of Judah and residents of Jerusalem! Trust in the LORD your God and you will be safe! Trust in the message of his prophets and you will win.”

And he said to them,“ Why are you cowardly? Do you still not have faith?”

When King Hezekiah’s servants came to Isaiah,Isaiah said to them,“ Tell your master this:‘ This is what the LORD says:“ Don’t be afraid because of the things you have heard– these insults the king of Assyria’s servants have hurled against me.Look, I will take control of his mind; he will receive a report and return to his own land. I will cut him down with a sword in his own land.”’”

and she said to them:“ This is what the LORD God of Israel says:‘ Say this to the man who sent you to me:“ This is what the LORD says:‘ I am about to bring disaster on this place and its residents, the details of which are recorded in the scroll which the king of Judah has read.This will happen because they have abandoned me and offered sacrifices to other gods, angering me with all the idols they have made. My anger will ignite against this place and will not be extinguished!’”Say this to the king of Judah, who sent you to seek an oracle from the LORD:“ This is what the LORD God of Israel says concerning the words you have heard:‘ You displayed a sensitive spirit and humbled yourself before the LORD when you heard how I intended to make this place and its residents into an appalling example of an accursed people. You tore your clothes and wept before me, and I have heard you,’ says the LORD.‘ Therefore I will allow you to die and be buried in peace. You will not have to witness all the disaster I will bring on this place.’”’” Then they reported back to the king.
