Say to them[ that are] of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come[ with] vengeance,[ even] God[ with] a recompence; he will come and save you.

要对那些心里惊慌的人说：“你们要坚强，不要害怕。看哪，你们的神！他的报复将到——他所施行的报应将到；他必亲自来拯救你们。”

對膽怯的人說：你們要剛強，不要懼怕。看哪，你們的神必來報仇，必來施行極大的報應；他必來拯救你們。

對心裏焦急的人說：「要剛強，不要懼怕。看哪，你們的上帝要來施報，要施行極大的報應，他必來拯救你們。」

要對心着急的人說：『要剛強，不要懼怕！看哪，你們的上帝！必來伸冤，必行神威的報應！他必親自來拯救你們。

要對那些心裡驚慌的人說：「你們要堅強，不要害怕。看哪，你們的神！他的報復將到——他所施行的報應將到；他必親自來拯救你們。」

告心怯者曰、強乃志、勿畏葸、爾之上帝、將以復仇而臨、行上帝之復仇、彼必至而救爾、

若人喪膽、則告之曰、強爾志、毋畏葸、爾之上帝、將臨汝、以伸爾冤、報爾仇、加以援手、

告膽怯者曰、安爾心、毋畏懼、爾之天主必至以復仇、必至以報復、爾之天主必至以復仇必至以報復或作視哉爾之天主臨矣復仇之時已屆天主報復之日已至天主親臨以救爾、

say to those with fearful hearts,“ Be strong, do not fear; your God will come, he will come with vengeance; with divine retribution he will come to save you.”

Say to those whose hearts are afraid,“ Be strong and do not fear. Your God will come. He will pay your enemies back. He will come to save you.”

Say to those who have an anxious heart,“ Be strong; fear not! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, with the recompense of God. He will come and save you.”

Say to those with fearful hearts,“ Be strong, and do not fear, for your God is coming to destroy your enemies. He is coming to save you.”

Say to the cowardly:“ Be strong; do not fear! Here is your God; vengeance is coming. God’s retribution is coming; he will save you.”

Say to those with anxious heart,“ Take courage, fear not. Behold, your God will come with vengeance; The retribution of God will come, But He will save you.”

Say to those who are fearful-hearted,“ Be strong, do not fear! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, With the recompense of God; He will come and save you.”

Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door.

And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

For[ it is] the day of the LORD’S vengeance,[ and] the year of recompences for the controversy of Zion.

In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not:[ and to] Zion, Let not thine hands be slack.The LORD thy God in the midst of thee[ is] mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.

Yet now be strong, O Zerubbabel, saith the LORD; and be strong, O Joshua, son of Josedech, the high priest; and be strong, all ye people of the land, saith the LORD, and work: for I[ am] with you, saith the LORD of hosts:

And David said to Solomon his son, Be strong and of good courage, and do[ it]: fear not, nor be dismayed: for the LORD God,[ even] my God,[ will be] with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee, until thou hast finished all the work for the service of the house of the LORD.

And said, O man greatly beloved, fear not: peace[ be] unto thee, be strong, yea, be strong. And when he had spoken unto me, I was strengthened, and said, Let my lord speak; for thou hast strengthened me.

Thus saith the LORD that made thee, and formed thee from the womb,[ which] will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob, my servant; and thou, Jesurun, whom I have chosen.

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;

He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

For the LORD[ is] our judge, the LORD[ is] our lawgiver, the LORD[ is] our king; he will save us.

Fear thou not; for I[ am] with thee: be not dismayed; for I[ am] thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish.Thou shalt seek them, and shalt not find them,[ even] them that contended with thee: they that war against thee shall be as nothing, and as a thing of nought.For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.Fear not, thou worm Jacob,[ and] ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the LORD, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.

How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!Thy watchmen shall lift up the voice; with the voice together shall they sing: for they shall see eye to eye, when the LORD shall bring again Zion.Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem: for the LORD hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem.The LORD hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.

But I will have mercy upon the house of Judah, and will save them by the LORD their God, and will not save them by bow, nor by sword, nor by battle, by horses, nor by horsemen.

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner[ stone], a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.

For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.For, behold, I will shake mine hand upon them, and they shall be a spoil to their servants: and ye shall know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me.Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion: for, lo, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of thee, saith the LORD.

But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called[ thee] by thy name; thou[ art] mine.When thou passest through the waters, I[ will be] with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.For I[ am] the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt[ for] thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee.Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life.Fear not: for I[ am] with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west;I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth;

Fear not; for thou shalt not be ashamed: neither be thou confounded; for thou shalt not be put to shame: for thou shalt forget the shame of thy youth, and shalt not remember the reproach of thy widowhood any more.For thy Maker[ is] thine husband; the LORD of hosts[ is] his name; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called.

And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this[ is] our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this[ is] the LORD; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation.

For, behold, the LORD will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire.

I said in my haste, All men[ are] liars.

The heart also of the rash shall understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammerers shall be ready to speak plainly.

Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him.

Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts.

And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying,Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

For the vision[ is] yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.Now the just shall live by faith: but if[ any man] draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.

Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they[ also] which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast[ some] of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

O Zion, that bringest good tidings, get thee up into the high mountain; O Jerusalem, that bringest good tidings, lift up thy voice with strength; lift[ it] up, be not afraid; say unto the cities of Judah, Behold your God!Behold, the Lord GOD will come with strong[ hand], and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his reward[ is] with him, and his work before him.He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry[ them] in his bosom,[ and] shall gently lead those that are with young.

Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.

So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

To me[ belongeth] vengeance, and recompence; their foot shall slide in[ due] time: for the day of their calamity[ is] at hand, and the things that shall come upon them make haste.For the LORD shall judge his people, and repent himself for his servants, when he seeth that[ their] power is gone, and[ there is] none shut up, or left.And he shall say, Where[ are] their gods,[ their] rock in whom they trusted,Which did eat the fat of their sacrifices,[ and] drank the wine of their drink offerings? let them rise up and help you,[ and] be your protection.See now that I,[ even] I,[ am] he, and[ there is] no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither[ is there any] that can deliver out of my hand.For I lift up my hand to heaven, and say, I live for ever.If I whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to mine enemies, and will reward them that hate me.I will make mine arrows drunk with blood, and my sword shall devour flesh;[ and that] with the blood of the slain and of the captives, from the beginning of revenges upon the enemy.Rejoice, O ye nations,[ with] his people: for he will avenge the blood of his servants, and will render vengeance to his adversaries, and will be merciful unto his land,[ and] to his people.

Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them.Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it[ to] the right hand or[ to] the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest.

Therefore saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts, the mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will ease me of mine adversaries, and avenge me of mine enemies:
