彼居高巖險隘、以得範衛、餱糧不缺其供、水泉無虞其乏、

若是之人、必得居高處、磐巖為其保障、食則其糧必得供給、飲則其水必不枯涸、

they are the ones who will dwell on the heights, whose refuge will be the mountain fortress. Their bread will be supplied, and water will not fail them.

People like that will be kept safe. It will be as if they were living on high mountains. It will be as if they were living in a mountain fort. They will have all the food they need. And they will never run out of water.”

勿謀何以食、何以飲、又勿縈擾、蓋此物、皆異邦人所求、天父知爾需之、惟上帝國是求、則此物自加諸爾、

我民將居寧宇、無所震動、

維彼稚獅、或乏食而飢、求耶和華者、百福來同兮。

惟聽我者、必安然居處、無所畏懼。

強暴之人、若風撼墻、窮民遭難、爾扞衛之、颶風狂飆、爾扶翼之、烈日炎熇、爾庇蔭之、

敬虔之士、主必養育、恆念其前約兮、

令我足甚疾、趨行若麀、升我於崇邱兮、

耶和華兮、孰得陟爾聖山、居爾室兮、

耶和華若鞏固之臺、善人登之、蒙其護衛。

當賴耶和華以行善、然後得居斯土而快足兮。

上帝曰、彼愛余、我拯救之、彼崇余、我振興之兮、

全能至上之主、爰有密室、凡居之者、得蒙覆翼兮、我謂耶和華保佑予、範衛予、予惟上帝是賴兮。予謂敬虔之士、嘗曰、主必使爾、不罹鳥羅、不患疫癘兮。彼衛護爾、如鳥覆雛、如盾庇體、以踐前言兮、夕有患難、晝有流矢、中宵遘疾疫、亭午逢喪敗、爾俱無所畏兮、

寅畏耶和華、望其矜憫者、必蒙垂顧兮、

主為吾人所歸依、萬古不易兮。

貧乏者流、罹於患難、主拯救之、俾其子孫昌熾、譬彼群羊兮、

不復饑渴、日不得而暴、暑不得而侵、矜憫之者牧之導之、至於水源。

當是日、猶大人將謳歌曰、我邑鞏固、雖無城堞、上帝必扞衛予、當闢其門、守道之善民可入、篤信乎主、惟恆其心、永錫平康。耶和華為永生上帝、爾當恆賴、高者降為卑、都城百仞、使之傾圮、成為邱墟、

主耶和華加我以力、令我足健、疾趨若麀、升我於崇邱、我作斯歌、使伶長鼓琴歌之。
