其人必居崇高、磐石之固、為其保障、其糧不絕、其水不乏、○

彼居高巖險隘、以得範衛、餱糧不缺其供、水泉無虞其乏、

若是之人、必得居高處、磐巖為其保障、食則其糧必得供給、飲則其水必不枯涸、

they are the ones who will dwell on the heights, whose refuge will be the mountain fortress. Their bread will be supplied, and water will not fail them.

People like that will be kept safe. It will be as if they were living on high mountains. It will be as if they were living in a mountain fort. They will have all the food they need. And they will never run out of water.”

these are the ones who will dwell on high. The rocks of the mountains will be their fortress. Food will be supplied to them, and they will have water in abundance.

你們不要求吃甚麼，喝甚麼，也不要掛心；這都是外邦人所求的。你們必須用這些東西，你們的父是知道的。你們只要求他的國，這些東西就必加給你們了。

我的百姓必住在平安的居所，安穩的住處，平靜的安歇所。

少壯獅子還缺食忍餓，但尋求耶和華的甚麼好處都不缺。

惟有聽從我的，必安然居住，得享安靜，不怕災禍。

因為當強暴人催逼人的時候，如同暴風直吹牆壁，你就作貧窮人的保障，作困乏人急難中的保障，作躲暴風之處，作避炎熱的陰涼。

他賜糧食給敬畏他的人；他必永遠記念他的約。

他使我的腳快如母鹿的蹄，又使我在高處安穩。

耶和華啊，誰能寄居你的帳幕？誰能住在你的聖山？

耶和華的名是堅固臺；義人奔入便得安穩。

你當倚靠耶和華而行善，住在地上，以他的信實為糧；

神說：因為他專心愛我，我就要搭救他；因為他知道我的名，我要把他安置在高處。

住在至高者隱密處的，必住在全能者的蔭下。我要論到耶和華說：他是我的避難所，是我的山寨，是我的神，是我所倚靠的。他必救你脫離捕鳥人的網羅和毒害的瘟疫。他必用自己的翎毛遮蔽你；你要投靠在他的翅膀底下；他的誠實是大小的盾牌。你必不怕黑夜的驚駭，或是白日飛的箭，也不怕黑夜行的瘟疫，或是午間滅人的毒病。雖有千人仆倒在你旁邊，萬人仆倒在你右邊，這災卻不得臨近你。你惟親眼觀看，見惡人遭報。耶和華是我的避難所；你已將至高者當你的居所，禍患必不臨到你，災害也不挨近你的帳棚。

耶和華的眼目看顧敬畏他的人和仰望他慈愛的人，

主啊，你世世代代作我們的居所。

他卻將窮乏人安置在高處，脫離苦難，使他的家屬多如羊羣。

不飢不渴，炎熱和烈日必不傷害他們；因為憐恤他們的必引導他們，領他們到水泉旁邊。

當那日，在猶大地人必唱這歌說：我們有堅固的城。耶和華要將救恩定為城牆，為外郭。敞開城門，使守信的義民得以進入。堅心倚賴你的，你必保守他十分平安，因為他倚靠你。你們當倚靠耶和華直到永遠，因為耶和華是永久的磐石。他使住高處的與高城一併敗落，將城拆毀，拆平，直到塵埃，

主耶和華是我的力量；他使我的腳快如母鹿的蹄，又使我穩行在高處。這歌交與伶長，用絲弦的樂器。
