其人必居崇高、磐石之固、為其保障、其糧不絕、其水不乏、○

彼居高巖險隘、以得範衛、餱糧不缺其供、水泉無虞其乏、

若是之人、必得居高處、磐巖為其保障、食則其糧必得供給、飲則其水必不枯涸、

they are the ones who will dwell on the heights, whose refuge will be the mountain fortress. Their bread will be supplied, and water will not fail them.

People like that will be kept safe. It will be as if they were living on high mountains. It will be as if they were living in a mountain fort. They will have all the food they need. And they will never run out of water.”

these are the ones who will dwell on high. The rocks of the mountains will be their fortress. Food will be supplied to them, and they will have water in abundance.

你们不要求吃什么，喝什么，也不要挂心；这都是外邦人所求的。你们必须用这些东西，你们的父是知道的。你们只要求他的国，这些东西就必加给你们了。

我的百姓必住在平安的居所，安稳的住处，平静的安歇所。

少壮狮子还缺食忍饿，但寻求耶和华的，什么好处都不缺。

惟有听从我的，必安然居住，得享安静，不怕灾祸。”

因为当强暴人催逼人的时候，如同暴风直吹墙壁，你就作贫穷人的保障，作困乏人急难中的保障，作躲暴风之处，作避炎热的阴凉。

他赐粮食给敬畏他的人；他必永远记念他的约。

他使我的脚快如母鹿的蹄，又使我在高处安稳。

耶和华啊，谁能寄居你的帐幕？谁能住在你的圣山？

耶和华的名是坚固台；义人奔入便得安稳。

你当倚靠耶和华而行善，住在地上，以他的信实为粮；

神说：“因为他专心爱我，我就要搭救他；因为他知道我的名，我要把他安置在高处。

住在至高者隐密处的，必住在全能者的荫下。我要论到耶和华说：“他是我的避难所，是我的山寨，是我的神，是我所倚靠的。”他必救你脱离捕鸟人的网罗和毒害的瘟疫。他必用自己的翎毛遮蔽你；你要投靠在他的翅膀底下；他的诚实是大小的盾牌。你必不怕黑夜的惊骇，或是白日飞的箭，也不怕黑夜行的瘟疫，或是午间灭人的毒病。虽有千人仆倒在你旁边，万人仆倒在你右边，这灾却不得临近你。你惟亲眼观看，见恶人遭报。耶和华是我的避难所；你已将至高者当你的居所，祸患必不临到你，灾害也不挨近你的帐棚。

耶和华的眼目看顾敬畏他的人和仰望他慈爱的人，

主啊，你世世代代作我们的居所。

他却将穷乏人安置在高处，脱离苦难，使他的家属多如羊群。

不饥不渴，炎热和烈日必不伤害他们；因为怜恤他们的必引导他们，领他们到水泉旁边。

当那日，在犹大地人必唱这歌说：“我们有坚固的城。耶和华要将救恩定为城墙，为外郭。敞开城门，使守信的义民得以进入。坚心倚赖你的，你必保守他十分平安，因为他倚靠你。你们当倚靠耶和华直到永远，因为耶和华是永久的磐石。他使住高处的与高城一并败落，将城拆毁，拆平，直到尘埃，

主耶和华是我的力量；他使我的脚快如母鹿的蹄，又使我稳行在高处。这歌交与伶长，用丝弦的乐器。
