其人必居崇高、磐石之固、為其保障、其糧不絕、其水不乏、○

彼居高巖險隘、以得範衛、餱糧不缺其供、水泉無虞其乏、

若是之人、必得居高處、磐巖為其保障、食則其糧必得供給、飲則其水必不枯涸、

they are the ones who will dwell on the heights, whose refuge will be the mountain fortress. Their bread will be supplied, and water will not fail them.

People like that will be kept safe. It will be as if they were living on high mountains. It will be as if they were living in a mountain fort. They will have all the food they need. And they will never run out of water.”

these are the ones who will dwell on high. The rocks of the mountains will be their fortress. Food will be supplied to them, and they will have water in abundance.

你们不要为吃什么喝什么忧虑，因为这些都是外族人的追求，你们的天父知道你们需要这些。你们要寻求祂的国，祂必供给你们的需要。

我的子民必住在平安之地、安稳之处、平静之所。

壮狮也会忍饥挨饿，但寻求耶和华的人什么福分都不缺。

然而，那听从我的必安然居住，得享安宁，不怕灾祸。”

你是贫穷人的避难所，是困苦之人患难中的避难所，你是避风港，是酷暑中的阴凉处。残暴之徒的气息好像吹袭墙垣的暴风，

祂赐下粮食给那些敬畏祂的人，祂永不忘记自己的约。

祂使我的脚如母鹿的蹄，稳踏在高处。

耶和华啊，谁能住在你的圣所？谁能安居在你的圣山？

耶和华的名是坚固保障，义人投奔其中就得安稳。

要信靠耶和华，要行善，要在这片土地上安然度日。

耶和华说：“因为他爱我，我必拯救他；因为他信靠我的名，我必保护他。

安居在至高者隐秘处的人，必蒙全能者的荫庇。我要对耶和华说：“你是我的避难所，我的堡垒，是我所信靠的上帝。”祂必救你脱离猎人的网罗和致命的瘟疫。祂必用祂的羽毛遮盖你，用祂的双翼保护你，祂的信实是你的盾牌和壁垒。你必不惧怕黑夜的恐怖，或白日的飞箭，或黑暗中横行的瘟疫，或正午肆虐的灾难。尽管千人扑倒在你左边，万人扑倒在你右边，你必安然无恙。你必亲眼目睹恶人受惩罚。因为你以至高者耶和华——我的避难所作你的居所，祸患不会临到你身上，灾难不会靠近你的住处。

但耶和华看顾敬畏祂、仰望祂慈爱的人。

主啊，你是我们世世代代的居所。

但祂搭救贫苦的人脱离苦难，使他们家族兴旺，多如羊群。

他们不再饥渴，也不再被热风和烈日灼伤，因为怜悯他们的那位必引导他们，领他们到泉水边。

到那日，犹大境内的人必唱这首歌：“我们有一座坚城，耶和华使祂的拯救成为保护我们的城墙和屏障。打开城门，让忠信的公义之民进来。你使坚信不移的人全然平安，因为他们信靠你。要永远信靠耶和华，因为耶和华是永远屹立的磐石。祂贬抑高傲的人，拆毁他们高耸的城邑，把它们夷为平地、化为尘土，

主耶和华是我的力量，祂使我的脚如母鹿的蹄，稳行在高处。这首歌交给乐长，用弦乐器伴奏。
