The Lord’s justice will dwell in the desert, his righteousness live in the fertile field.

In the desert, the Lord will make sure people do what is right. In the rich farm lands he will make sure they treat one another fairly.

Then justice will dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness abide in the fruitful field.

Justice will rule in the wilderness and righteousness in the fertile field.

Do not be deceived: No sexually immoral people, idolaters, adulterers, or males who have sex with males,no thieves, greedy people, drunkards, verbally abusive people, or swindlers will inherit God’s kingdom.And some of you used to be like this. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people,instructing us to deny godlessness and worldly lusts and to live in a sensible, righteous, and godly way in the present age,

Their burnt offerings and sacrifices will be acceptable on my altar, for my house will be called a house of prayer for all nations.”This is the declaration of the Lord GOD, who gathers the dispersed of Israel:“ I will gather to them still others besides those already gathered.”

But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his possession, so that you may proclaim the praises of the one who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.Once you were not a people, but now you are God’s people; you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.Dear friends, I urge you as strangers and exiles to abstain from sinful desires that wage war against the soul.Conduct yourselves honorably among the Gentiles, so that when they slander you as evildoers, they will observe your good works and will glorify God on the day he visits.

Afterward, the people of Israel will return and seek the LORD their God and David their king. They will come with awe to the LORD and to his goodness in the last days.

A road will be there and a way; it will be called the Holy Way. The unclean will not travel on it, but it will be for the one who walks the path. Fools will not wander on it.

All your people will be righteous; they will possess the land forever; they are the branch I planted, the work of my hands, so that I may be glorified.

The LORD will not leave his people or abandon his heritage,for the administration of justice will again be righteous, and all the upright in heart will follow it.
