For I will pour water on the parched ground and cause streams to flow on the dry land. I will pour my spirit on your offspring and my blessing on your children.

how much more glorious will the ministry of the Spirit be?

The dry soil will become a pool of water, the parched ground springs of water. Where jackals once lived and sprawled out, grass, reeds, and papyrus will grow.

“ Shout for joy, O barren one who has not given birth! Give a joyful shout and cry out, you who have not been in labor! As for his people, he turned a desert into a pool of water, and a dry land into springs of water.
