will not the ministry of the Spirit have even more glory?

When you send forth your Spirit, they are created, and you renew the face of the ground.

“ And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and pleas for mercy, so that, when they look on me, on him whom they have pierced, they shall mourn for him, as one mourns for an only child, and weep bitterly over him, as one weeps over a firstborn.

do not be arrogant toward the branches. If you are, remember it is not you who support the root, but the root that supports you.Then you will say,“ Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in.”That is true. They were broken off because of their unbelief, but you stand fast through faith. So do not become proud, but fear.For if God did not spare the natural branches, neither will he spare you.Note then the kindness and the severity of God: severity toward those who have fallen, but God’s kindness to you, provided you continue in his kindness. Otherwise you too will be cut off.And even they, if they do not continue in their unbelief, will be grafted in, for God has the power to graft them in again.For if you were cut from what is by nature a wild olive tree, and grafted, contrary to nature, into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these, the natural branches, be grafted back into their own olive tree.Lest you be wise in your own sight, I do not want you to be unaware of this mystery, brothers: a partial hardening has come upon Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in.And in this way all Israel will be saved, as it is written,“ The Deliverer will come from Zion, he will banish ungodliness from Jacob”;

If you turn at my reproof, behold, I will pour out my spirit to you; I will make my words known to you.

the burning sand shall become a pool, and the thirsty ground springs of water; in the haunt of jackals, where they lie down, the grass shall become reeds and rushes.

He turns a desert into pools of water, a parched land into springs of water.

Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be like the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured or numbered. And in the place where it was said to them,“ You are not my people,” it shall be said to them,“ Children of the living God.”And the children of Judah and the children of Israel shall be gathered together, and they shall appoint for themselves one head. And they shall go up from the land, for great shall be the day of Jezreel.

so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.“ For you shall go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and the hills before you shall break forth into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.Instead of the thorn shall come up the cypress; instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle; and it shall make a name for the Lord, an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.”
