The Lord your God is bringing you into a good land. It has brooks, streams and deep springs of water. Those springs flow in its valleys and hills.It has wheat, barley, vines, fig trees, pomegranates, olive oil and honey.

On that day I promised I would bring them out of Egypt. I told them I would take them to a land I had found for them. It had plenty of milk and honey. It was the most beautiful land of all.

Even wild dogs nurse their young pups. But my people are as mean as ostriches in the desert.When the babies get thirsty, their tongues stick to the roofs of their mouths. When the children beg for bread, no one gives them any.
