Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in justice.

See, a king will reign in righteousness and rulers will rule with justice.

A king will come who will do what is right. His officials will govern fairly.

Behold, a king will reign in righteousness, and princes will rule in justice.

Look, a righteous king is coming! And honest princes will rule under him.

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.Of the increase of his government and of peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to establish it, and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of Jehovah of hosts will perform this.

and a spirit of justice to him that sitteth in judgment, and strength to them that turn back the battle at the gate.

Behold, the days come, saith Jehovah, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and he shall reign as king and deal wisely, and shall execute justice and righteousness in the land.In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely; and this is his name whereby he shall be called: Jehovah our righteousness.

The king’s strength also loveth justice; Thou dost establish equity; Thou executest justice and righteousness in Jacob.

Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God.Speak ye comfortably to Jerusalem; and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned, that she hath received of Jehovah’s hand double for all her sins.The voice of one that crieth, Prepare ye in the wilderness the way of Jehovah; make level in the desert a highway for our God.Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low; and the uneven shall be made level, and the rough places a plain:and the glory of Jehovah shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together; for the mouth of Jehovah hath spoken it.

but with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth; and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth; and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.

that, as sin reigned in death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
