以色列子孙哪，你们要回转归向你们曾严重反叛的那一位！

以色列人哪，你們深深地悖逆耶和華，現今要歸向他。

以色列人啊，你們曾經嚴重地悖逆耶和華，現在歸向祂吧！

以色列人必回轉歸向他們所深深叛逆的永恆主。

以色列子孫哪，你們要回轉歸向你們曾嚴重反叛的那一位！

以色列人歟、昔爾逆之已甚、今其歸之、

爾曹以色列族昔日違我、今當歸誠、

以色列人歟、爾曹悖逆主特甚、務當歸之、

Return, you Israelites, to the One you have so greatly revolted against.

People of Israel, return to the Lord. He’s the God you have so strongly opposed.

Though you are such wicked rebels, my people, come and return to the Lord.

Return to the one the Israelites have greatly rebelled against.

Return to Him against whom you have been profoundly obstinate, you sons of Israel.

Return to Him against whom the children of Israel have deeply revolted.

Turn ye unto him from whom ye have deeply revolted, O children of Israel.

Return to the One the Israelites have greatly rebelled against.

Turn ye unto[ him from] whom the children of Israel have deeply revolted.

You Israelites! Return to the one against whom you have so blatantly rebelled!

Return to him from whom you have deeply revolted, children of Israel.

Return, O faithless children, declares the Lord; for I am your master; I will take you, one from a city and two from a family, and I will bring you to Zion.

Yet for all this her treacherous sister Judah did not return to me with her whole heart, but in pretense, declares the Lord.”

let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the Lord, that he may have compassion on him, and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

“ Return, O faithless sons; I will heal your faithlessness.”“ Behold, we come to you, for you are the Lord our God.

Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out,

Ah, you who hide deep from the Lord your counsel, whose deeds are in the dark, and who say,“ Who sees us? Who knows us?”

but declared first to those in Damascus, then in Jerusalem and throughout all the region of Judea, and also to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, performing deeds in keeping with their repentance.

All the officers of the priests and the people likewise were exceedingly unfaithful, following all the abominations of the nations. And they polluted the house of the Lord that he had made holy in Jerusalem.

But this people has a stubborn and rebellious heart; they have turned aside and gone away.

I have heard Ephraim grieving,‘ You have disciplined me, and I was disciplined, like an untrained calf; bring me back that I may be restored, for you are the Lord my God.For after I had turned away, I relented, and after I was instructed, I struck my thigh; I was ashamed, and I was confounded, because I bore the disgrace of my youth.’Is Ephraim my dear son? Is he my darling child? For as often as I speak against him, I do remember him still. Therefore my heart yearns for him; I will surely have mercy on him, declares the Lord.

They have deeply corrupted themselves as in the days of Gibeah: he will remember their iniquity; he will punish their sins.

Manasseh led Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem astray, to do more evil than the nations whom the Lord destroyed before the people of Israel.The Lord spoke to Manasseh and to his people, but they paid no attention.Therefore the Lord brought upon them the commanders of the army of the king of Assyria, who captured Manasseh with hooks and bound him with chains of bronze and brought him to Babylon.And when he was in distress, he entreated the favor of the Lord his God and humbled himself greatly before the God of his fathers.He prayed to him, and God was moved by his entreaty and heard his plea and brought him again to Jerusalem into his kingdom. Then Manasseh knew that the Lord was God.Afterward he built an outer wall for the city of David west of Gihon, in the valley, and for the entrance into the Fish Gate, and carried it around Ophel, and raised it to a very great height. He also put commanders of the army in all the fortified cities in Judah.And he took away the foreign gods and the idol from the house of the Lord, and all the altars that he had built on the mountain of the house of the Lord and in Jerusalem, and he threw them outside of the city.He also restored the altar of the Lord and offered on it sacrifices of peace offerings and of thanksgiving, and he commanded Judah to serve the Lord, the God of Israel.

Return, O Israel, to the Lord your God, for you have stumbled because of your iniquity.Take with you words and return to the Lord; say to him,“ Take away all iniquity; accept what is good, and we will pay with bulls the vows of our lips.Assyria shall not save us; we will not ride on horses; and we will say no more,‘ Our God,’ to the work of our hands. In you the orphan finds mercy.”

“ Yet even now,” declares the Lord,“ return to me with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning;and rend your hearts and not your garments.” Return to the Lord your God, for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love; and he relents over disaster.

You have never heard, you have never known, from of old your ear has not been opened. For I knew that you would surely deal treacherously, and that from before birth you were called a rebel.

Ah, sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, offspring of evildoers, children who deal corruptly! They have forsaken the Lord, they have despised the Holy One of Israel, they are utterly estranged.Why will you still be struck down? Why will you continue to rebel? The whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint.
