And the LORD shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall shew the lighting down of his arm, with the indignation of[ his] anger, and[ with] the flame of a devouring fire,[ with] scattering, and tempest, and hailstones.

The Lord will cause people to hear his majestic voice and will make them see his arm coming down with raging anger and consuming fire, with cloudburst, thunderstorm and hail.

The Lord will cause people to hear his powerful voice. He will make them see his arm coming down to punish them. It will come down with burning anger and destroying fire. It will come down with rain, thunderstorms and hail.

And the Lord will cause his majestic voice to be heard and the descending blow of his arm to be seen, in furious anger and a flame of devouring fire, with a cloudburst and storm and hailstones.

And the Lord will make his majestic voice heard. He will display the strength of his mighty arm. It will descend with devouring flames, with cloudbursts, thunderstorms, and huge hailstones.

And the LORD will make the splendor of his voice heard and reveal his arm striking in angry wrath and a flame of consuming fire, in driving rain, a torrent, and hailstones.

And the Lord will cause His voice of authority to be heard, And the descending of His arm to be seen in fierce anger, And in the flame of a consuming fire In cloudburst, downpour, and hailstones.

The LORD also thundered in the heavens, and the Highest gave his voice; hail[ stones] and coals of fire.Yea, he sent out his arrows, and scattered them; and he shot out lightnings, and discomfited them.

And it came to pass, as they fled from before Israel,[ and] were in the going down to Bethhoron, that the LORD cast down great stones from heaven upon them unto Azekah, and they died:[ they were] more which died with hailstones than[ they] whom the children of Israel slew with the sword.

Thou shalt be visited of the LORD of hosts with thunder, and with earthquake, and great noise, with storm and tempest, and the flame of devouring fire.

God[ is] jealous, and the LORD revengeth; the LORD revengeth, and[ is] furious; the LORD will take vengeance on his adversaries, and he reserveth[ wrath] for his enemies.The LORD[ is] slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit[ the wicked]: the LORD hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds[ are] the dust of his feet.He rebuketh the sea, and maketh it dry, and drieth up all the rivers: Bashan languisheth, and Carmel, and the flower of Lebanon languisheth.The mountains quake at him, and the hills melt, and the earth is burned at his presence, yea, the world, and all that dwell therein.Who can stand before his indignation? and who can abide in the fierceness of his anger? his fury is poured out like fire, and the rocks are thrown down by him.

And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake,[ and] so great.And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven,[ every stone] about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.

For in my jealousy[ and] in the fire of my wrath have I spoken, Surely in that day there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel;So that the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men that[ are] upon the face of the earth, shall shake at my presence, and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.And I will call for a sword against him throughout all my mountains, saith the Lord GOD: every man’s sword shall be against his brother.And I will plead against him with pestilence and with blood; and I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people that[ are] with him, an overflowing rain, and great hailstones, fire, and brimstone.

And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.

Behold, the Lord hath a mighty and strong one,[ which] as a tempest of hail[ and] a destroying storm, as a flood of mighty waters overflowing, shall cast down to the earth with the hand.

In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:

When it shall hail, coming down on the forest; and the city shall be low in a low place.

For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

And the mountains shall be molten under him, and the valleys shall be cleft, as wax before the fire,[ and] as the waters[ that are] poured down a steep place.

The stouthearted are spoiled, they have slept their sleep: and none of the men of might have found their hands.At thy rebuke, O God of Jacob, both the chariot and horse are cast into a dead sleep.Thou,[ even] thou,[ art] to be feared: and who may stand in thy sight when once thou art angry?Thou didst cause judgment to be heard from heaven; the earth feared, and was still,

O sing unto the LORD a new song; for he hath done marvellous things: his right hand, and his holy arm, hath gotten him the victory.

The LORD hath sworn by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, Surely I will no more give thy corn[ to be] meat for thine enemies; and the sons of the stranger shall not drink thy wine, for the which thou hast laboured:

And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle.And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe.And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast[ it] into the great winepress of the wrath of God.And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand[ and] six hundred furlongs.

Fear and dread shall fall upon them; by the greatness of thine arm they shall be[ as] still as a stone; till thy people pass over, O LORD, till the people pass over,[ which] thou hast purchased.

The voice of the LORD[ is] upon the waters: the God of glory thundereth: the LORD[ is] upon many waters.The voice of the LORD[ is] powerful; the voice of the LORD[ is] full of majesty.The voice of the LORD breaketh the cedars; yea, the LORD breaketh the cedars of Lebanon.He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young unicorn.The voice of the LORD divideth the flames of fire.The voice of the LORD shaketh the wilderness; the LORD shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh.The voice of the LORD maketh the hinds to calve, and discovereth the forests: and in his temple doth every one speak of[ his] glory.

The mighty God,[ even] the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined.Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him.

Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.

Hear attentively the noise of his voice, and the sound[ that] goeth out of his mouth.He directeth it under the whole heaven, and his lightning unto the ends of the earth.After it a voice roareth: he thundereth with the voice of his excellency; and he will not stay them when his voice is heard.God thundereth marvellously with his voice; great things doeth he, which we cannot comprehend.

The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.

And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.

Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the LORD; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old.[ Art] thou not it that hath cut Rahab,[ and] wounded the dragon?

And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

Hast thou an arm like God? or canst thou thunder with a voice like him?

A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about.His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled.The hills melted like wax at the presence of the LORD, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.

He hath shewed strength with his arm; he hath scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts.

And the sound of the cherubims’ wings was heard[ even] to the outer court, as the voice of the Almighty God when he speaketh.

And as Samuel was offering up the burnt offering, the Philistines drew near to battle against Israel: but the LORD thundered with a great thunder on that day upon the Philistines, and discomfited them; and they were smitten before Israel.
