The Lord will cause people to hear his majestic voice and will make them see his arm coming down with raging anger and consuming fire, with cloudburst, thunderstorm and hail.

The Lord will cause people to hear his powerful voice. He will make them see his arm coming down to punish them. It will come down with burning anger and destroying fire. It will come down with rain, thunderstorms and hail.

And the Lord will cause his majestic voice to be heard and the descending blow of his arm to be seen, in furious anger and a flame of devouring fire, with a cloudburst and storm and hailstones.

And the Lord will make his majestic voice heard. He will display the strength of his mighty arm. It will descend with devouring flames, with cloudbursts, thunderstorms, and huge hailstones.

And the LORD will make the splendor of his voice heard and reveal his arm striking in angry wrath and a flame of consuming fire, in driving rain, a torrent, and hailstones.

Jehovah is a jealous God and avengeth; Jehovah avengeth and is full of wrath; Jehovah taketh vengeance on his adversaries, and he reserveth wrath for his enemies.Jehovah is slow to anger, and great in power, and will by no means clear the guilty: Jehovah hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.He rebuketh the sea, and maketh it dry, and drieth up all the rivers: Bashan languisheth, and Carmel; and the flower of Lebanon languisheth.The mountains quake at him, and the hills melt; and the earth is upheaved at his presence, yea, the world, and all that dwell therein.Who can stand before his indignation? and who can abide in the fierceness of his anger? his wrath is poured out like fire, and the rocks are broken asunder by him.

Behold, the Lord hath a mighty and strong one; as a tempest of hail, a destroying storm, as a tempest of mighty waters overflowing, will he cast down to the earth with the hand.

Terror and dread falleth upon them; By the greatness of thine arm they are as still as a stone; Till thy people pass over, O Jehovah, Till the people pass over that thou hast purchased.

The voice of Jehovah is upon the waters: The God of glory thundereth, Even Jehovah upon many waters.The voice of Jehovah is powerful; The voice of Jehovah is full of majesty.The voice of Jehovah breaketh the cedars; Yea, Jehovah breaketh in pieces the cedars of Lebanon.He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young wild- ox.The voice of Jehovah cleaveth the flames of fire.The voice of Jehovah shaketh the wilderness; Jehovah shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh.The voice of Jehovah maketh the hinds to calve, And strippeth the forests bare: And in his temple everything saith, Glory.

The Mighty One, God, Jehovah, hath spoken, And called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined forth.Our God cometh, and doth not keep silence: A fire devoureth before him, And it is very tempestuous round about him.

Then will he speak unto them in his wrath, And vex them in his sore displeasure:

Hear, oh, hear the noise of his voice, And the sound that goeth out of his mouth.He sendeth it forth under the whole heaven, And his lightning unto the ends of the earth.After it a voice roareth; He thundereth with the voice of his majesty; And he restraineth not the lightnings when his voice is heard.God thundereth marvellously with his voice; Great things doeth he, which we cannot comprehend.

The nations raged, the kingdoms were moved: He uttered his voice, the earth melted.

and his feet like unto burnished brass, as if it had been refined in a furnace; and his voice as the voice of many waters.

Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of Jehovah; awake, as in the days of old, the generations of ancient times. Is it not thou that didst cut Rahab in pieces, that didst pierce the monster?

And I saw when he opened the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the whole moon became as blood;and the stars of the heaven fell unto the earth, as a fig tree casteth her unripe figs when she is shaken of a great wind.And the heaven was removed as a scroll when it is rolled up; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.And the kings of the earth, and the princes, and the chief captains, and the rich, and the strong, and every bondman and freeman, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains;and they say to the mountains and to the rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:for the great day of their wrath is come; and who is able to stand?

Or hast thou an arm like God? And canst thou thunder with a voice like him?

A fire goeth before him, And burneth up his adversaries round about.His lightnings lightened the world: The earth saw, and trembled.The mountains melted like wax at the presence of Jehovah, At the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.

He hath showed strength with his arm; He hath scattered the proud in the imagination of their heart.

And the sound of the wings of the cherubim was heard even to the outer court, as the voice of God Almighty when he speaketh.

And as Samuel was offering up the burnt- offering, the Philistines drew near to battle against Israel; but Jehovah thundered with a great thunder on that day upon the Philistines, and discomfited them; and they were smitten down before Israel.
