People will oppress each other— man against man, neighbor against neighbor. The young will rise up against the old, the nobody against the honored.

People will treat one another badly. They will fight against one another. They will fight against their neighbors. Young people will attack old people. Ordinary people will attack those who are more important.

And the people will oppress one another, every one his fellow and every one his neighbor; the youth will be insolent to the elder, and the despised to the honorable.

People will oppress each other— man against man, neighbor against neighbor. Young people will insult their elders, and vulgar people will sneer at the honorable.

当时他们就往他脸上吐唾沫，用拳头打他，也有人用手掌打他，

接着，有些人开始向他吐唾沫，蒙住他的脸，用拳头打他，对他说：“你说预言吧！”差役们也用手掌打他。

我看到在日光之下有一种祸患，好像是出自掌权者无意的过错：愚笨人被安置在众多的高位，富有的人却坐在低位。我见过奴仆骑在马上，而首领却在地上行走如同奴仆。

看哪！工人收割你们的田地，你们所克扣他们的工钱正在呼叫，收割者的冤声也已经达到万军之主的耳中了。

万军之耶和华说：“我必临近你们施行审判；我要快快作证控告那些行巫术的、通奸的、起假誓的、在工酬上欺压雇工的、欺压孤儿寡妇的、屈枉寄居者的，以及不敬畏我的！

但你们却侮辱了这贫穷人！那欺压你们、把你们拉上法庭的，难道不是那些富有的人吗？

因着万军之耶和华的盛怒，地被焚毁，百姓必像烧火的燃料，没有人怜恤自己的兄弟。他们在右边割肉，还是饥饿；在左边吞噬，仍不饱足；各人竟吞噬自己膀臂的肉。玛拿西吞噬以法莲，以法莲吞噬玛拿西，他们又一同敌对犹大。即使如此，耶和华的怒气还不转消，他的手仍然伸出。

他们剥下耶稣的衣服，给他套上一件深红色的袍子，用荆棘编了冠冕，戴在他的头上，又把一根芦苇放在他的右手里，然后跪在他面前，戏弄他说：“万岁，犹太人的王！”接着向他吐唾沫，拿芦苇打他的头。

以法莲的嫉妒必消失，犹大的敌视必被剪除；以法莲必不再嫉妒犹大，犹大也不再敌视以法莲。

祸哉！有罪的国，罪孽深重的民，作恶者的后裔，败坏的儿女！他们离弃耶和华，藐视以色列的圣者，转背远离他。

又蒙住他的眼睛问他，说：“你说预言吧！打你的是谁？”
