Tell the righteous“ Good!” For they shall eat the fruit of their deeds.

宜語義者福矣、必食其行之果、

爾宜語義者、必蒙福、必享己行之果報、

Tell the righteous it will be well with them, for they will enjoy the fruit of their deeds.

Tell those who do what is right that things will go well with them. They will enjoy the results of the good things they’ve done.

Tell the righteous that it shall be well with them, for they shall eat the fruit of their deeds.

Tell the godly that all will be well for them. They will enjoy the rich reward they have earned!

It shall happen, if you shall listen diligently to Yahweh your God’s voice, to observe to do all his commandments which I command you today, that Yahweh your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth.All these blessings will come upon you, and overtake you, if you listen to Yahweh your God’s voice.You shall be blessed in the city, and you shall be blessed in the field.You shall be blessed in the fruit of your body, the fruit of your ground, the fruit of your animals, the increase of your livestock, and the young of your flock.Your basket and your kneading trough shall be blessed.You shall be blessed when you come in, and you shall be blessed when you go out.Yahweh will cause your enemies who rise up against you to be struck before you. They will come out against you one way, and will flee before you seven ways.Yahweh will command the blessing on you in your barns, and in all that you put your hand to. He will bless you in the land which Yahweh your God gives you.Yahweh will establish you for a holy people to himself, as he has sworn to you, if you shall keep the commandments of Yahweh your God, and walk in his ways.All the peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by Yahweh’s name, and they will be afraid of you.Yahweh will grant you abundant prosperity in the fruit of your body, in the fruit of your livestock, and in the fruit of your ground, in the land which Yahweh swore to your fathers to give you.Yahweh will open to you his good treasure in the sky, to give the rain of your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You will lend to many nations, and you will not borrow.Yahweh will make you the head, and not the tail. You will be above only, and you will not be beneath, if you listen to the commandments of Yahweh your God which I command you today, to observe and to do,and shall not turn away from any of the words which I command you today, to the right hand or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.

Blessed is everyone who fears Yahweh, who walks in his ways.For you will eat the labor of your hands. You will be happy, and it will be well with you.

has walked in my statutes, and has kept my ordinances, to deal truly; he is just, he shall surely live,” says the Lord Yahweh.“ If he fathers a son who is a robber who sheds blood, and who does any one of these things,or who does not do any of those things, but even has eaten at the mountain shrines, and defiled his neighbor’s wife,has wronged the poor and needy, has taken by robbery, has not restored the pledge, and has lifted up his eyes to the idols, has committed abomination,has lent with interest, and has taken increase from the poor; shall he then live? He shall not live. He has done all these abominations. He shall surely die. His blood will be on him.“ Now, behold, if he fathers a son, who sees all his father’s sins, which he has done, and fears, and does not such like;who hasn’t eaten on the mountains, hasn’t lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, hasn’t defiled his neighbor’s wife,hasn’t wronged any, hasn’t taken anything to pledge, hasn’t taken by robbery, but has given his bread to the hungry, and has covered the naked with a garment;who has withdrawn his hand from the poor, who hasn’t received interest or increase, has executed my ordinances, has walked in my statutes; he shall not die for the iniquity of his father. He shall surely live.As for his father, because he cruelly oppressed, robbed his brother, and did that which is not good among his people, behold, he will die in his iniquity.“ Yet you say,‘ Why doesn’t the son bear the iniquity of the father?’ When the son has done that which is lawful and right, and has kept all my statutes, and has done them, he will surely live.

For God is not unrighteous, so as to forget your work and the labor of love which you showed toward his name, in that you served the saints, and still do serve them.

Though a sinner commits crimes a hundred times, and lives long, yet surely I know that it will be better with those who fear God, who are reverent before him.

I was also blameless with him. I kept myself from my iniquity.Therefore Yahweh has rewarded me according to my righteousness, according to the cleanness of my hands in his eyesight.

Don’t be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.For he who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption. But he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.

Seek Yahweh, all you humble of the land, who have kept his ordinances. Seek righteousness. Seek humility. It may be that you will be hidden in the day of Yahweh’s anger.

Yahweh said to him,“ Go through the middle of the city, through the middle of Jerusalem, and set a mark on the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry over all the abominations that are done within it.”

Come, my people, enter into your rooms, and shut your doors behind you. Hide yourself for a little moment, until the indignation is past.For, behold, Yahweh comes out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity. The earth also will disclose her blood, and will no longer cover her slain.

Then you shall return and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him who serves God and him who doesn’t serve him.

Yahweh said,“ Most certainly I will strengthen you for good. Most certainly I will cause the enemy to make supplication to you in the time of evil and in the time of affliction.

But according to your hardness and unrepentant heart you are treasuring up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath, revelation, and of the righteous judgment of God;who“ will pay back to everyone according to their works:”to those who by perseverance in well- doing seek for glory, honor, and incorruptibility, eternal life;but to those who are self- seeking, and don’t obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, will be wrath, indignation,oppression, and anguish on every soul of man who does evil, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.But glory, honor, and peace go to every man who does good, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.For there is no partiality with God.
