And all the nations of the earth will gather against it.On that day, declares the Lord, I will strike every horse with panic, and its rider with madness. But for the sake of the house of Judah I will keep my eyes open, when I strike every horse of the peoples with blindness.Then the clans of Judah shall say to themselves,‘ The inhabitants of Jerusalem have strength through the Lord of hosts, their God.’

His wrath is poured out like fire, and the rocks are broken into pieces by him.The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows those who take refuge in him.But with an overflowing flood he will make a complete end of the adversaries, and will pursue his enemies into darkness.What do you plot against the Lord? He will make a complete end; trouble will not rise up a second time.For they are like entangled thorns, like drunkards as they drink; they are consumed like stubble fully dried.From you came one who plotted evil against the Lord, a worthless counselor.Thus says the Lord,“ Though they are at full strength and many, they will be cut down and pass away. Though I have afflicted you, I will afflict you no more.

The clamor will resound to the ends of the earth, for the Lord has an indictment against the nations; he is entering into judgment with all flesh, and the wicked he will put to the sword, declares the Lord.’“ Thus says the Lord of hosts: Behold, disaster is going forth from nation to nation, and a great tempest is stirring from the farthest parts of the earth!“ And those pierced by the Lord on that day shall extend from one end of the earth to the other. They shall not be lamented, or gathered, or buried; they shall be dung on the surface of the ground.

And the angel of the Lord went out and struck down 185,000 in the camp of the Assyrians. And when people arose early in the morning, behold, these were all dead bodies.

Behold, a day is coming for the Lord, when the spoil taken from you will be divided in your midst.For I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem to battle, and the city shall be taken and the houses plundered and the women raped.
