讥诮先知的说：“他要将知识指教谁呢？要使谁明白传言呢？是那刚断奶离怀的吗？

他们抱怨我说：“他想教导谁知识呢？他想把信息解释给谁呢？是刚刚断奶、离开母怀的婴孩吗？

他们说：“他要把知识教导谁呢？要使谁明白他所传的信息呢？是那些刚断奶，刚离开母怀的吗？

他们说：“他要指教谁知识呢？他要使谁明白信息呢？难道是那些刚断奶的吗？是那些刚离开母怀的吗？

他們抱怨我說：「他想教導誰知識呢？他想把信息解釋給誰呢？是剛剛斷奶、離開母懷的嬰孩嗎？

他們說：“他要把知識教導誰呢？要使誰明白他所傳的信息呢？是那些剛斷奶，剛離開母懷的嗎？

『他要將知識指教誰呢？要叫誰明白所傳給人聽的呢？是剛斷奶的、剛離母懷的麼？

他們說：「他要指教誰知識呢？他要使誰明白信息呢？難道是那些剛斷奶的嗎？是那些剛離開母懷的嗎？

彼曰、此人教誰以智、曉誰以道、豈甫斷乳而離懷者耶、

彼曰、爾之教訓、傳於何人、我豈斷乳之赤子乎。

民論先知曰、彼欲教誰以知識、傳道於何人、我豈適斷乳離懷之孩提乎、

“ Who is it he is trying to teach? To whom is he explaining his message? To children weaned from their milk, to those just taken from the breast?

The Lord’ s people are making fun of him. They say,“ Who does he think he’s trying to teach? Who does he think he’s explaining his message to? Is it to children who do not need their mother’s milk anymore? Is it to those who have just been taken from her breast?

“ To whom will he teach knowledge, and to whom will he explain the message? Those who are weaned from the milk, those taken from the breast?

“ Who does the Lord think we are?” they ask.“ Why does he speak to us like this? Are we little children, just recently weaned?

Who is he trying to teach? Who is he trying to instruct? Infants just weaned from milk? Babies removed from the breast?

“ To whom would He teach knowledge, And to whom would He interpret the message? Those just weaned from milk? Those just taken from the breast?

“ Whom will he teach knowledge? And whom will he make to understand the message? Those just weaned from milk? Those just drawn from the breasts?

Whom will he teach knowledge? and whom will he make to understand the message? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts?

Who is he trying to teach? Who is he trying to instruct? Infants just weaned from milk? Babies removed from the breast?

Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine?[ them that are] weaned from the milk,[ and] drawn from the breasts.

Who is the LORD trying to teach? To whom is he explaining a message? Those just weaned from milk! Those just taken from their mother’s breast!

Whom will he teach knowledge? To whom will he explain the message? Those who are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts?

But I have calmed and quieted myself, I am like a weaned child with its mother; like a weaned child I am content. (niv)

To whom can I speak and give warning? Who will listen to me? Their ears are closed so they cannot hear. The word of the Lord is offensive to them; they find no pleasure in it. (niv)

This was to fulfill the word of Isaiah the prophet:“ Lord, who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?” (niv)

At that time Jesus said,“ I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. (niv)

The prophets prophesy lies, the priests rule by their own authority, and my people love it this way. But what will you do in the end? (niv)

Who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed? (niv)

All your children will be taught by the Lord, and great will be their peace. (niv)

But when the chief priests and the teachers of the law saw the wonderful things he did and the children shouting in the temple courts,“ Hosanna to the Son of David,” they were indignant.“ Do you hear what these children are saying?” they asked him.“ Yes,” replied Jesus,“ have you never read,“‘ From the lips of children and infants you, Lord, have called forth your praise’?” (niv)

since they hated knowledge and did not choose to fear the Lord. (niv)

This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. (niv)

The Sovereign Lord has given me a well- instructed tongue, to know the word that sustains the weary. He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to listen like one being instructed. (niv)

Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” (niv)

They say to the seers,“ See no more visions!” and to the prophets,“ Give us no more visions of what is right! Tell us pleasant things, prophesy illusions.Leave this way, get off this path, and stop confronting us with the Holy One of Israel!”Therefore this is what the Holy One of Israel says:“ Because you have rejected this message, relied on oppression and depended on deceit, (niv)

Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation, (niv)

You hate my instruction and cast my words behind you. (niv)

“ If anyone hears my words but does not keep them, I do not judge that person. For I did not come to judge the world, but to save the world.There is a judge for the one who rejects me and does not accept my words; the very words I have spoken will condemn them at the last day. (niv)

This is what the Lord says— your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel:“ I am the Lord your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go. (niv)

Although the Lord gives you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, your teachers will be hidden no more; with your own eyes you will see them. (niv)

His God instructs him and teaches him the right way. (niv)
