He will be a spirit of justice to the one who sits in judgment, a source of strength to those who turn back the battle at the gate.

He will help those who are fair when they judge. He will give strength to those who turn back their enemies at the city gate.

He will give a longing for justice to their judges. He will give great courage to their warriors who stand at the gates.

等到聖靈從上澆灌我們，曠野就變為肥田，肥田看如樹林。那時，公平要居在曠野；公義要居在肥田。

耶和華的靈必住在他身上，就是使他有智慧和聰明的靈，謀略和能力的靈，知識和敬畏耶和華的靈。他必以敬畏耶和華為樂；行審判不憑眼見，斷是非也不憑耳聞；卻要以公義審判貧窮人，以正直判斷世上的謙卑人，以口中的杖擊打世界，以嘴裏的氣殺戮惡人。

以色列眾人聽見王這樣判斷，就都敬畏他；因為見他心裏有神的智慧，能以斷案。

「我憑着自己不能做甚麼，我怎麼聽見就怎麼審判。我的審判也是公平的；因為我不求自己的意思，只求那差我來者的意思。」

我豈沒有吩咐你嗎？你當剛強壯膽！不要懼怕，也不要驚惶；因為你無論往哪裏去，耶和華－你的神必與你同在。」

惟有那以力量束我的腰、使我行為完全的，他是神。他使我的腳快如母鹿的蹄，又使我在高處安穩。他教導我的手能以爭戰，甚至我的膀臂能開銅弓。

這人蒙聖靈賜他智慧的言語，那人也蒙這位聖靈賜他知識的言語，

王坐在審判的位上，以眼目驅散諸惡。

法老對臣僕說：「像這樣的人，有神的靈在他裏頭，我們豈能找得着呢？」法老對約瑟說：「神既將這事都指示你，可見沒有人像你這樣有聰明有智慧。

神啊，求你將判斷的權柄賜給王，將公義賜給王的兒子。他要按公義審判你的民，按公平審判你的困苦人。大山小山都要因公義使民得享平安。他必為民中的困苦人伸冤，拯救窮乏之輩，壓碎那欺壓人的。

「願耶和華萬人之靈的神，立一個人治理會眾，可以在他們面前出入，也可以引導他們，免得耶和華的會眾如同沒有牧人的羊羣一般。」耶和華對摩西說：「嫩的兒子約書亞是心中有聖靈的；你將他領來，按手在他頭上，

耶和華對摩西說：「你從以色列的長老中招聚七十個人，就是你所知道作百姓的長老和官長的，到我這裏來，領他們到會幕前，使他們和你一同站立。我要在那裏降臨，與你說話，也要把降於你身上的靈分賜他們，他們就和你同當這管百姓的重任，免得你獨自擔當。

神所差來的就說神的話，因為神賜聖靈給他是沒有限量的。

因為耶和華－你們的神與你們同去，要為你們與仇敵爭戰，拯救你們。』

神是我們的避難所，是我們的力量，是我們在患難中隨時的幫助。

與他們同在的是肉臂，與我們同在的是耶和華－我們的神，他必幫助我們，為我們爭戰。」百姓就靠猶大王希西家的話，安然無懼了。

萬軍之耶和華與我們同在；雅各的神是我們的避難所！
