I, the Lord, watch over it; I water it continually. I guard it day and night so that no one may harm it.

Then shall the lame[ man] leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.And the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water: in the habitation of dragons, where each lay,[ shall be] grass with reeds and rushes.

The LORD of hosts[ is] with us; the God of Jacob[ is] our refuge. Selah.

And the heathen shall know that I the LORD do sanctify Israel, when my sanctuary shall be in the midst of them for evermore.

Remember the former things of old: for I[ am] God, and[ there is] none else;[ I am] God, and[ there is] none like me,

I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every[ branch] that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I,[ even] I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out.

[ There is] none like unto the God of Jeshurun,[ who] rideth upon the heaven in thy help, and in his excellency on the sky.The eternal God[ is thy] refuge, and underneath[ are] the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy[ them].Israel then shall dwell in safety alone: the fountain of Jacob[ shall be] upon a land of corn and wine; also his heavens shall drop down dew.Happy[ art] thou, O Israel: who[ is] like unto thee, O people saved by the LORD, the shield of thy help, and who[ is] the sword of thy excellency! and thine enemies shall be found liars unto thee; and thou shalt tread upon their high places.

And I, behold, I establish my covenant with you, and with your seed after you;

And[ even] to[ your] old age I[ am] he; and[ even] to hoar hairs will I carry[ you]: I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry, and will deliver[ you].

And I will lay it waste: it shall not be pruned, nor digged; but there shall come up briers and thorns: I will also command the clouds that they rain no rain upon it.

And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein[ is] the breath of life, from under heaven;[ and] every thing that[ is] in the earth shall die.

And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall ye know that I the LORD have spoken[ it], and performed[ it], saith the LORD.

For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.Fear not, thou worm Jacob,[ and] ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the LORD, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.Behold, I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth: thou shalt thresh the mountains, and beat[ them] small, and shalt make the hills as chaff.Thou shalt fan them, and the wind shall carry them away, and the whirlwind shall scatter them: and thou shalt rejoice in the LORD,[ and] shalt glory in the Holy One of Israel.[ When] the poor and needy seek water, and[ there is] none,[ and] their tongue faileth for thirst, I the LORD will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them.I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.I will plant in the wilderness the cedar, the shittah tree, and the myrtle, and the oil tree; I will set in the desert the fir tree,[ and] the pine, and the box tree together:

For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper[ in the thing] whereto I sent it.

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any[ man] pluck them out of my hand.My Father, which gave[ them] me, is greater than all; and no[ man] is able to pluck[ them] out of my Father’s hand.I and[ my] Father are one.

God[ is] in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her,[ and that] right early.

Thou shalt also suck the milk of the Gentiles, and shalt suck the breast of kings: and thou shalt know that I the LORD[ am] thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.
