平素鞏固之城垣荒蕪、昔日居處之宅第見棄、淒涼如野、牛犢牧於彼、臥於彼、食盡其枝、

The fortified city stands desolate, an abandoned settlement, forsaken like the wilderness; there the calves graze, there they lie down; they strip its branches bare.

Cities that have high walls around them will become empty. They will be settlements with no one in them. They will be like a desert. Calves will eat and lie down in them. They will strip bare the branches of their trees.

我耳闻万军之耶和华说：“许多房屋必然荒废；宏伟华丽，无人居住。十亩的葡萄园只酿出一罢特的酒，一贺梅珥的谷种只结一伊法粮食。”

因为日子将到，你的仇敌要筑起土垒包围你，四面困住你，并要消灭你和你里头的儿女，连一块石头也不留在另一块石头上，因为你不知道你蒙眷顾的时候。”

“当你们看见耶路撒冷被兵围困，就可知道它成为荒芜的日子近了。那时，在犹太的，应当逃到山上；在城里的，应当出来；在乡下的，不要进城。因为这是报应的日子，要使经上所写的都得应验。在那些日子，怀孕的和奶孩子的就苦了。因为将有大灾难降在这地方，也有愤怒临到这百姓。他们要倒在刀下，又被掳到各国去。耶路撒冷要被外邦人践踏，直到外邦人的日子满了。”

锡安山荒凉，狐狸行在其上。

你的圣城已变为旷野；锡安变为旷野，耶路撒冷成为废墟。

所有锄头刨过的山地，你因惧怕荆棘和蒺藜，不敢到那里去；只能作放牛之处，羊群践踏之地。”

因此，以色列群山哪，要听主耶和华的话。对那遭四围其余列国占据、讥刺的大山小冈、水沟山谷、荒废之地、被弃之城，主耶和华如此说；

我就说：“主啊，这到几时为止呢？”他说：“直到城镇荒凉，无人居住，房屋空无一人，土地极其荒芜；耶和华将人迁到远方，国内被撇弃的土地很多。

锡安的道路因无人前来过节就哀伤，她的城门荒凉，祭司叹息，少女悲伤；她自己充满痛苦。
