平素鞏固之城垣荒蕪、昔日居處之宅第見棄、淒涼如野、牛犢牧於彼、臥於彼、食盡其枝、

The fortified city stands desolate, an abandoned settlement, forsaken like the wilderness; there the calves graze, there they lie down; they strip its branches bare.

Cities that have high walls around them will become empty. They will be settlements with no one in them. They will be like a desert. Calves will eat and lie down in them. They will strip bare the branches of their trees.

我亲耳听到万军之耶和华说：“许多富丽堂皇的房屋必荒废，无人居住。三十亩葡萄园只产二十升酒，二百公斤种子只产二十公斤粮食。”

因为有一天敌人要在你周围筑起壁垒把你团团围住，四面攻击你。他们要把你夷为平地，毁灭你城墙里的儿女，不会留下两块叠在一起的石头，因为你没有认识到上帝眷顾你的时刻。”

“你们看见耶路撒冷被重兵包围时，就知道它被毁灭的日子快到了。那时，住在犹太地区的人要赶快逃到山上去，住在城里的人要跑到城外，住在乡村的人不要进城，因为那是报应的日子，要应验圣经的全部记载。那时，孕妇和哺育婴儿的母亲们可就遭殃了！因为将有大灾难降在这地方，烈怒要临到这些人民。他们要死在刀剑之下，要被掳到外国去。耶路撒冷要被外族人蹂躏，直到外族人肆虐的日期满了为止。

锡安山一片荒凉，豺狼四处游荡。

你的众圣城已沦为荒场，甚至锡安已沦为荒场，耶路撒冷已沦为废墟。

你因惧怕荆棘和蒺藜，将不再去从前用锄头开垦的山地，那里将成为牧放牛羊的地方。”

因此，以色列的山岭、溪流、幽谷、荒地、废墟以及那些被外族人掳掠和讥讽的城邑啊，你们要听主耶和华的话。’

我说：“主啊，这要到什么时候呢？”祂说：“直到城邑荒凉，无人居住，房屋空置，土地荒废的时候。那时，我必把他们赶到远方，他们的土地必荒芜。
