In that day Jehovah with his hard and great and strong sword will punish leviathan the swift serpent, and leviathan the crooked serpent; and he will slay the monster that is in the sea.

到那日，耶和华必用祂无坚不摧的利剑惩罚巨龙——那飞快、曲行的蛇。祂必杀死那海中的怪物。

到那日，耶和华要施用他锐利、巨大和有力的刀，惩罚鳄鱼，就是那快行的蛇；惩罚鳄鱼，就是那曲行的蛇；并且要杀海中的大龙。

到那日，耶和华必用他严酷、巨大、有力的刀，惩罚利维亚坦，就是那逃窜的蛇；惩罚利维亚坦，就是那蜷曲的蛇；并且杀死海中的巨兽。

到那日，耶和華必用他剛硬有力的大刀刑罰鱷魚－就是那快行的蛇，刑罰鱷魚－就是那曲行的蛇，並殺海中的大魚。

到那日，耶和華必用祂無堅不摧的利劍懲罰巨龍——那飛快、曲行的蛇。祂必殺死那海中的怪物。

到那日，耶和華要施用他銳利、巨大和有力的刀，懲罰鱷魚，就是那快行的蛇；懲罰鱷魚，就是那曲行的蛇；並且要殺海中的大龍。

當那日子、永恆主必用他剛硬巨大有力的刀來察罰飛奔蛇鱷魚，察罰曲行蛇鱷魚，並殺那在海中的大獸。

到那日，耶和華必用他嚴酷、巨大、有力的刀，懲罰利維亞坦，就是那逃竄的蛇；懲罰利維亞坦，就是那蜷曲的蛇；並且殺死海中的巨獸。

是日也、耶和華以其堅剛且鉅之刃、罰彼鱷魚、即滑汰之蛇、罰彼鱷魚、即蟠屈之蛇、並戮海中之龍焉、○

爰有敵人、若海中之鱷魚、其體雄偉、其行迅速、盤曲若蛇、當斯時也、耶和華將持巨刃、堅利無儔、以剪斯敵。

當是日主將以堅利巨刃、殺利未雅坦急趨之蛇、殺利未雅坦盤曲之蛇、並殺海中之龍、

In that day, the Lord will punish with his sword— his fierce, great and powerful sword— Leviathan the gliding serpent, Leviathan the coiling serpent; he will slay the monster of the sea.

At that time the Lord will punish Leviathan with his sword. His great, powerful and deadly sword will punish the serpent that glides through the sea. He will kill that twisting sea monster.

In that day the Lord with his hard and great and strong sword will punish Leviathan the fleeing serpent, Leviathan the twisting serpent, and he will slay the dragon that is in the sea.

In that day the Lord will take his terrible, swift sword and punish Leviathan, the swiftly moving serpent, the coiling, writhing serpent. He will kill the dragon of the sea.

On that day the LORD with his relentless, large, strong sword will bring judgment on Leviathan, the fleeing serpent— Leviathan, the twisting serpent. He will slay the monster that is in the sea.

On that day the Lord will punish Leviathan the fleeing serpent, With His fierce and great and mighty sword, Even Leviathan the twisted serpent; And He will kill the dragon who lives in the sea.

In that day the Lord with His severe sword, great and strong, Will punish Leviathan the fleeing serpent, Leviathan that twisted serpent; And He will slay the reptile that is in the sea.

On that day the Lord with His harsh, great, and strong sword, will bring judgment on Leviathan, the fleeing serpent— Leviathan, the twisting serpent. He will slay the monster that is in the sea.

In that day the LORD with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that[ is] in the sea.

At that time the LORD will punish with his destructive, great, and powerful sword Leviathan the fast-moving serpent, Leviathan the squirming serpent; he will kill the sea monster.

In that day, Yahweh with his hard and great and strong sword will punish leviathan, the fleeing serpent, and leviathan the twisted serpent; and he will kill the dragon that is in the sea.

For by fire will Jehovah execute judgment, and by his sword, upon all flesh; and the slain of Jehovah shall be many.

Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of Jehovah; awake, as in the days of old, the generations of ancient times. Is it not thou that didst cut Rahab in pieces, that didst pierce the monster?

speak, and say, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I am against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great monster that lieth in the midst of his rivers, that hath said, My river is mine own, and I have made it for myself.

And there was seen another sign in heaven: and behold, a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his heads seven diadems.And his tail draweth the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon standeth before the woman that is about to be delivered, that when she is delivered he may devour her child.And she was delivered of a son, a man child, who is to rule all the nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and unto his throne.And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that there they may nourish her a thousand two hundred and threescore days.And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels going forth to war with the dragon; and the dragon warred and his angels;and they prevailed not, neither was their place found any more in heaven.And the great dragon was cast down, the old serpent, he that is called the Devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world; he was cast down to the earth, and his angels were cast down with him.And I heard a great voice in heaven, saying, Now is come the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, who accuseth them before our God day and night.And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb, and because of the word of their testimony; and they loved not their life even unto death.Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe for the earth and for the sea: because the devil is gone down unto you, having great wrath, knowing that he hath but a short time.And when the dragon saw that he was cast down to the earth, he persecuted the woman that brought forth the man child.And there were given to the woman the two wings of the great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness unto her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.And the serpent cast out of his mouth after the woman water as a river, that he might cause her to be carried away by the stream.And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth and swallowed up the river which the dragon cast out of his mouth.And the dragon waxed wroth with the woman, and went away to make war with the rest of her seed, that keep the commandments of God, and hold the testimony of Jesus:and he stood upon the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having ten horns and seven heads, and on his horns ten diadems, and upon his heads names of blasphemy.And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his throne, and great authority.

There go the ships; There is leviathan, whom thou hast formed to play therein.

By his Spirit the heavens are garnished; His hand hath pierced the swift serpent.

Thou didst divide the sea by thy strength: Thou brakest the heads of the sea- monsters in the waters.Thou brakest the heads of leviathan in pieces; Thou gavest him to be food to the people inhabiting the wilderness.

And he laid hold on the dragon, the old serpent, which is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years,

The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the ox; and dust shall be the serpent’s food. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith Jehovah.

Repent therefore; or else I come to thee quickly, and I will make war against them with the sword of my mouth.

For, behold, Jehovah cometh forth out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

Let them curse it that curse the day, Who are ready to rouse up leviathan.

Then Job answered and said,No doubt but ye are the people, And wisdom shall die with you.But I have understanding as well as you; I am not inferior to you: Yea, who knoweth not such things as these?I am as one that is a laughing- stock to his neighbor, I who called upon God, and he answered: The just, the perfect man is a laughing- stock.In the thought of him that is at ease there is contempt for misfortune; It is ready for them whose foot slippeth.The tents of robbers prosper, And they that provoke God are secure; Into whose hand God bringeth abundantly.But ask now the beasts, and they shall teach thee; And the birds of the heavens, and they shall tell thee:Or speak to the earth, and it shall teach thee; And the fishes of the sea shall declare unto thee.Who knoweth not in all these, That the hand of Jehovah hath wrought this,In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, And the breath of all mankind?Doth not the ear try words, Even as the palate tasteth its food?With aged men is wisdom, And in length of days understanding.With God is wisdom and might; He hath counsel and understanding.Behold, he breaketh down, and it cannot be built again; He shutteth up a man, and there can be no opening.Behold, he withholdeth the waters, and they dry up; Again, he sendeth them out, and they overturn the earth.With him is strength and wisdom; The deceived and the deceiver are his.He leadeth counsellors away stripped, And judges maketh he fools.He looseth the bond of kings, And he bindeth their loins with a girdle.He leadeth priests away stripped, And overthroweth the mighty.He removeth the speech of the trusty, And taketh away the understanding of the elders.He poureth contempt upon princes, And looseth the belt of the strong.He uncovereth deep things out of darkness, And bringeth out to light the shadow of death.He increaseth the nations, and he destroyeth them: He enlargeth the nations, and he leadeth them captive.He taketh away understanding from the chiefs of the people of the earth, And causeth them to wander in a wilderness where there is no way.They grope in the dark without light; And he maketh them to stagger like a drunken man.

Son of man, take up a lamentation over Pharaoh king of Egypt, and say unto him, Thou wast likened unto a young lion of the nations: yet art thou as a monster in the seas; and thou didst break forth with thy rivers, and troubledst the waters with thy feet, and fouledst their rivers.Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: I will spread out my net upon thee with a company of many peoples; and they shall bring thee up in my net.And I will leave thee upon the land, I will cast thee forth upon the open field, and will cause all the birds of the heavens to settle upon thee, and I will satisfy the beasts of the whole earth with thee.And I will lay thy flesh upon the mountains, and fill the valleys with thy height.

If I whet my glittering sword, And my hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to mine adversaries, And will recompense them that hate me.I will make mine arrows drunk with blood, And my sword shall devour flesh; With the blood of the slain and the captives, From the head of the leaders of the enemy.

Gird thy sword upon thy thigh, O mighty one, Thy glory and thy majesty.

And I saw another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like unto a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

and they worshipped the dragon, because he gave his authority unto the beast; and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? and who is able to war with him?

And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the harlot sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

For my sword hath drunk its fill in heaven: behold, it shall come down upon Edom, and upon the people of my curse, to judgment.The sword of Jehovah is filled with blood, it is made fat with fatness, with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams; for Jehovah hath a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Edom.

and the rest were killed with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, even the sword which came forth out of his mouth: and all the birds were filled with their flesh.

And there came one of the seven angels that had the seven bowls, and spake with me, saying, Come hither, I will show thee the judgment of the great harlot that sitteth upon many waters;

O thou that dwellest upon many waters, abundant in treasures, thine end is come, the measure of thy covetousness.

O thou sword of Jehovah, how long will it be ere thou be quiet? put up thyself into thy scabbard; rest, and be still.

And I saw coming out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits, as it were frogs:

He is the chief of the ways of God: He only that made him giveth him his sword.

Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon hath devoured me, he hath crushed me, he hath made me an empty vessel, he hath, like a monster, swallowed me up, he hath filled his maw with my delicacies; he hath cast me out.
