睡在塵土中的眾人必醒來：有的得永遠的生命，有的蒙受羞辱，永遠被憎惡。

因為使一切成為明顯的，就是光。所以有話說：「醒過來！睡著的人哪，從死人中起來吧！基督就要光照你了！」

墳墓也開了，許多已睡了的聖徒的身體復活了。

他必吞滅死亡，直到永遠；主耶和華必抹去各人臉上的眼淚，從全地除掉他子民的羞辱。這是耶和華說的。

我們既然相信耶穌死而復活了，照樣也相信，那些藉著耶穌已經睡了的人，神將要把他們與耶穌一同帶來。的確，我們現在照著主的話告訴你們這一點：我們這些活著存留到主來臨的人，絕不會在那些已經睡了的人之先，

我又看見死去的人，無論尊貴卑微，都站在那寶座前。書卷都打開了；另有一個書卷也打開了，這就是生命冊。死去的人都憑著書卷中所記的，照著他們的行為受審判。於是，海洋交出了其中的死人，死亡和陰間也交出了其中的死人；每個人都照著自己的行為受審判。

他將照著那能使萬有都服從他的力量，改變我們這卑賤的身體，要與他那榮耀的身體相似。

其餘死去的人還沒有活過來，直到這一千年完結。這是第一次的復活。那些在第一次復活中有份的人是蒙福的、是聖潔的！第二次的死沒有權柄轄制他們；他們將成為神和基督的祭司，與基督一同做王一千年。

你們不要為此感到驚奇：時候就要到了！那時所有在墳墓裡的人，都會聽到他的聲音，並且要出來——行善的人復活得生命，作惡的人復活被定罪。

錫安哪，起來，發出亮光！因為你的光已經來到，耶和華的榮耀已經在你上面升起。看哪！黑暗遮蓋大地，幽暗遮蓋萬民，但耶和華必在你上面升起，他的榮耀必顯現在你身上。

耶穌對她說：「我就是復活，我就是生命。信我的人，即使死了，也將要活。所有活著而信我的人絕不會死，直到永遠。你信這話嗎？」

原來，就像在亞當裡所有的人都死了，照樣，在基督裡所有的人也都將得以復活，不過每個人要按著自己的次序：初熟的果子是基督；然後他來臨的時候，是那些屬於基督的人；

雖然你使我看到許多患難和惡事，但你必使我再次活過來，把我從地的深處再次帶上來。

『和平的種子必被撒下，葡萄樹必結果實，地必出收成，天必賜甘露；我要使這民的餘剩者繼承這一切。

他們的屍體會被拋在大城的街道上。這大城按屬靈的意思叫做所多瑪，又叫做埃及，也就是他們的主被釘十字架的地方。來自各民族、各支派、各語言群體和各國家的人，都要觀看他們的屍體三天半，又不准人把他們的屍體安放在墳墓裡。住在地上的人都因他們的死而歡喜、慶祝，並且要彼此送禮，因為這兩位先知曾使住在地上的人受痛苦。可是三天半之後，有從神而來的生命氣息進入他們裡面，他們就站立起來了。於是強烈的恐懼臨到那些觀看他們的人。

我對神所懷有的盼望也是這些人自己所期望的，就是義人和不義的人將來都要復活。

錫安哪，醒來，醒來，以你的力量為衣！聖城耶路撒冷啊，穿上你華美的衣服！因為沒有受割禮的和不潔淨的人，再也不得進到你那裡。耶路撒冷啊，抖去塵土，起來，坐上寶座！被擄的錫安女子啊，解開你頸上的繩索！

我的力量如同瓦片一樣枯乾，我的舌頭緊貼在上顎；你把我放在死亡的塵土中。

耶路撒冷啊，喚醒自己，喚醒自己，站起來吧！你從耶和華手中喝了他怒火之杯，喝盡了那使人踉蹌的杯盞。

並且為要認識基督和他復活的大能，要在他的苦難裡相契合，效法他的死，

但如今，基督已經從死人中復活，成為睡了之人初熟的果子，

他來到彼拉多面前，請求要耶穌的遺體，彼拉多就下令給他。

田野的灌木還沒有出現在地上，田間的蔬草也還沒有長出，因為耶和華神沒有降雨在地上，也沒有人耕耘土地；但有霧氣從大地升騰，滋潤整個地面。

在你掌權的日子，你的子民都甘心奉獻自己；你的少年人以聖潔為裝飾，如黎明初曉時的甘露歸屬你。
