交叉引用

  • Daniel 11:36-45
“ Then the king will do as he pleases. He will exalt and magnify himself above every deity and he will utter presumptuous things against the God of gods. He will succeed until the time of wrath is completed, for what has been decreed must occur. He will not respect the gods of his fathers– not even the god loved by women. He will not respect any god; he will elevate himself above them all. What he will honor is a god of fortresses– a god his fathers did not acknowledge he will honor with gold, silver, valuable stones, and treasured commodities. He will attack mighty fortresses, aided by a foreign deity. To those who recognize him he will grant considerable honor. He will place them in authority over many people, and he will parcel out land for a price.“ At the time of the end the king of the south will attack him. Then the king of the north will storm against him with chariots, horsemen, and a large armada of ships. He will invade lands, passing through them like an overflowing river. Then he will enter the beautiful land. Many will fall, but these will escape: Edom, Moab, and the Ammonite leadership. He will extend his power against other lands; the land of Egypt will not escape. He will have control over the hidden stores of gold and silver, as well as all the treasures of Egypt. Libyans and Ethiopians will submit to him.But reports will trouble him from the east and north, and he will set out in a tremendous rage to destroy and wipe out many.He will pitch his royal tents between the seas toward the beautiful holy mountain. But he will come to his end, with no one to help him.
  • Psalms 105:39

  • Isaiah 14:10-16
All of them respond to you, saying:‘ You too have become weak like us! You have become just like us!Your splendor has been brought down to Sheol, as well as the sound of your stringed instruments. You lie on a bed of maggots, with a blanket of worms over you.Look how you have fallen from the sky, O shining one, son of the dawn! You have been cut down to the ground, O conqueror of the nations! You said to yourself,“ I will climb up to the sky. Above the stars of El I will set up my throne. I will rule on the mountain of assembly on the remote slopes of Zaphon.I will climb up to the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High!”But you were brought down to Sheol, to the remote slopes of the pit. Those who see you stare at you, they look at you carefully, thinking:“ Is this the man who shook the earth, the one who made kingdoms tremble?
  • Isaiah 64:1-2
If only you would tear apart the sky and come down! The mountains would tremble before you!( 64: 1) As when fire ignites dry wood, or fire makes water boil, let your adversaries know who you are, and may the nations shake at your presence!
  • Jeremiah 51:53-57
Even if Babylon climbs high into the sky and fortifies her elevated stronghold, I will send destroyers against her,” says the LORD.Cries of anguish will come from Babylon, the sound of great destruction from the land of the Babylonians. For the LORD is ready to destroy Babylon, and put an end to her loud noise. Their waves will roar like turbulent waters. They will make a deafening noise. For a destroyer is attacking Babylon. Her warriors will be captured; their bows will be broken. For the LORD is a God who punishes; he pays back in full.“ I will make her officials and wise men drunk, along with her governors, leaders, and warriors. They will fall asleep forever and never wake up,” says the King whose name is the LORD who rules over all.
  • Isaiah 54:15-17
If anyone dares to challenge you, it will not be my doing! Whoever tries to challenge you will be defeated.Look, I create the craftsman, who fans the coals into a fire and forges a weapon. I create the destroyer so he might devastate. No weapon forged to be used against you will succeed; you will refute everyone who tries to accuse you. This is what the LORD will do for his servants– I will vindicate them,” says the LORD.
  • Isaiah 30:30-33
The LORD will give a mighty shout and intervene in power, with furious anger and flaming, destructive fire, with a driving rainstorm and hailstones.Indeed, the LORD’s shout will shatter Assyria; he will beat them with a club.Every blow from his punishing cudgel, with which the LORD will beat them, will be accompanied by music from the tambourine and harp, and he will attack them with his weapons. For the burial place is already prepared; it has been made deep and wide for the king. The firewood is piled high on it. The LORD’s breath, like a stream flowing with brimstone, will ignite it.
  • Revelation 16:1-19
Then I heard a loud voice from the temple declaring to the seven angels:“ Go and pour out on the earth the seven bowls containing God’s wrath.”So the first angel went and poured out his bowl on the earth. Then ugly and painful sores appeared on the people who had the mark of the beast and who worshiped his image.Next, the second angel poured out his bowl on the sea and it turned into blood, like that of a corpse, and every living creature that was in the sea died. Then the third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and the springs of water, and they turned into blood. Now I heard the angel of the waters saying:“ You are just– the one who is and who was, the Holy One– because you have passed these judgments, because they poured out the blood of your saints and prophets, so you have given them blood to drink. They got what they deserved!”Then I heard the altar reply,“ Yes, Lord God, the All- Powerful, your judgments are true and just!”Then the fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and it was permitted to scorch people with fire. Thus people were scorched by the terrible heat, yet they blasphemed the name of God, who has ruling authority over these plagues, and they would not repent and give him glory. Then the fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast so that darkness covered his kingdom, and people began to bite their tongues because of their pain. They blasphemed the God of heaven because of their sufferings and because of their sores, but nevertheless they still refused to repent of their deeds. Then the sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates and dried up its water to prepare the way for the kings from the east. Then I saw three unclean spirits that looked like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are the spirits of the demons performing signs who go out to the kings of the earth to bring them together for the battle that will take place on the great day of God, the All- Powerful.( Look! I will come like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays alert and does not lose his clothes so that he will not have to walk around naked and his shameful condition be seen.)Now the spirits gathered the kings and their armies to the place that is called Armageddon in Hebrew. Finally the seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air and a loud voice came out of the temple from the throne, saying:“ It is done!”Then there were flashes of lightning, roaring, and crashes of thunder, and there was a tremendous earthquake– an earthquake unequaled since humanity has been on the earth, so tremendous was that earthquake. The great city was split into three parts and the cities of the nations collapsed. So Babylon the great was remembered before God, and was given the cup filled with the wine made of God’s furious wrath.
  • Isaiah 10:32-34
This very day, standing in Nob, they shake their fist at Daughter Zion’s mountain– at the hill of Jerusalem.Look, the sovereign master, the LORD who commands armies, is ready to cut off the branches with terrifying power. “ People of Babylonia, you plundered my people. That made you happy and glad. You frolic about like calves in a pasture. Your joyous sounds are like the neighs of a stallion. But Babylonia will be put to great shame. The land where you were born will be disgraced. Indeed, Babylonia will become the least important of all nations. It will become a dry and barren desert. After I vent my wrath on it Babylon will be uninhabited. It will be totally desolate. All who pass by will be filled with horror and will hiss out their scorn because of all the disasters that have happened to it.“ Take up your battle positions all around Babylon, all you soldiers who are armed with bows. Shoot all your arrows at her! Do not hold any back! For she has sinned against the LORD.Shout the battle cry from all around the city. She will throw up her hands in surrender. Her towers will fall. Her walls will be torn down. Because I, the LORD, am wreaking revenge, take out your vengeance on her! Do to her as she has done!
  • Jeremiah 51:38-43
The Babylonians are all like lions roaring for prey. They are like lion cubs growling for something to eat. When their appetites are all stirred up, I will set out a banquet for them. I will make them drunk so that they will pass out, they will fall asleep forever, they will never wake up,” says the LORD.“ I will lead them off to be slaughtered like lambs, rams, and male goats.”“ See how Babylon has been captured! See how the pride of the whole earth has been taken! See what an object of horror Babylon has become among the nations! The sea has swept over Babylon. She has been covered by a multitude of its waves. The towns of Babylonia have become heaps of ruins. She has become a dry and barren desert. No one lives in those towns any more. No one even passes through them.
  • Ezekiel 38:9-39:10
You will advance; you will come like a storm. You will be like a cloud covering the earth, you, all your troops, and the many other peoples with you.“‘ This is what the sovereign LORD says: On that day thoughts will come into your mind, and you will devise an evil plan. You will say,“ I will invade a land of unwalled towns; I will advance against those living quietly in security– all of them living without walls and barred gates–to loot and plunder, to attack the inhabited ruins and the people gathered from the nations, who are acquiring cattle and goods, who live at the center of the earth.”Sheba and Dedan and the traders of Tarshish with all its young warriors will say to you,“ Have you come to loot? Have you assembled your armies to plunder, to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to haul away a great amount of spoils?”’“ Therefore, prophesy, son of man, and say to Gog:‘ This is what the sovereign LORD says: On that day when my people Israel are living securely, you will take noticeand come from your place, from the remote parts of the north, you and many peoples with you, all of them riding on horses, a great company and a vast army. You will advance against my people Israel like a cloud covering the earth. In the latter days I will bring you against my land so that the nations may acknowledge me, when before their eyes I magnify myself through you, O Gog.“‘ This is what the sovereign LORD says: Are you the one of whom I spoke in former days by my servants the prophets of Israel, who prophesied in those days that I would bring you against them?On that day, when Gog invades the land of Israel, declares the sovereign LORD, my rage will mount up in my anger. In my zeal, in the fire of my fury, I declare that on that day there will be a great earthquake in the land of Israel. The fish of the sea, the birds of the sky, the wild beasts, all the things that creep on the ground, and all people who live on the face of the earth will shake at my presence. The mountains will topple, the cliffs will fall, and every wall will fall to the ground.I will call for a sword to attack Gog on all my mountains, declares the sovereign LORD; every man’s sword will be against his brother.I will judge him with plague and bloodshed. I will rain down on him, his troops and the many peoples who are with him a torrential downpour, hailstones, fire, and brimstone.I will exalt and magnify myself; I will reveal myself before many nations. Then they will know that I am the LORD.’“ As for you, son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say:‘ This is what the sovereign LORD says: Look, I am against you, O Gog, chief prince of Meshech and Tubal!I will turn you around and drag you along; I will lead you up from the remotest parts of the north and bring you against the mountains of Israel.I will knock your bow out of your left hand and make your arrows fall from your right hand. You will fall dead on the mountains of Israel, you and all your troops and the people who are with you. I give you as food to every kind of bird and every wild beast. You will fall dead in the open field; for I have spoken, declares the sovereign LORD.I will send fire on Magog and those who live securely in the coastlands; then they will know that I am the LORD.“‘ I will make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel; I will not let my holy name be profaned anymore. Then the nations will know that I am the LORD, the Holy One of Israel.Realize that it is coming and it will be done, declares the sovereign LORD. It is the day I have spoken about.“‘ Then those who live in the cities of Israel will go out and use the weapons for kindling– the shields, bows and arrows, war clubs and spears– they will burn them for seven years. They will not need to take wood from the field or cut down trees from the forests, because they will make fires with the weapons. They will take the loot from those who looted them and seize the plunder of those who plundered them, declares the sovereign LORD.

Indeed,” says the LORD,“ captives will be taken from a warrior; spoils will be rescued from a conqueror. I will oppose your adversary and I will rescue your children.I will make your oppressors eat their own flesh; they will get drunk on their own blood, as if it were wine. Then all humankind will recognize that I am the LORD, your deliverer, your protector, the powerful ruler of Jacob.”
  • Isaiah 10:8-15
Indeed, he says:“ Are not my officials all kings? Is not Calneh like Carchemish? Hamath like Arpad? Samaria like Damascus?I overpowered kingdoms ruled by idols, whose carved images were more impressive than Jerusalem’s or Samaria’s.As I have done to Samaria and its idols, so I will do to Jerusalem and its idols.”But when the sovereign master finishes judging Mount Zion and Jerusalem, then I will punish the king of Assyria for what he has proudly planned and for the arrogant attitude he displays. For he says:“ By my strong hand I have accomplished this, by my strategy that I devised. I invaded the territory of nations, and looted their storehouses. Like a mighty conqueror, I brought down rulers. My hand discovered the wealth of the nations, as if it were in a nest, as one gathers up abandoned eggs, I gathered up the whole earth. There was no wing flapping, or open mouth chirping.”Does an ax exalt itself over the one who wields it, or a saw magnify itself over the one who cuts with it? As if a scepter should brandish the one who raises it, or a staff should lift up what is not made of wood!
  • Daniel 7:23-27
“ This is what he told me:‘ The fourth beast means that there will be a fourth kingdom on earth that will differ from all the other kingdoms. It will devour all the earth and will trample and crush it.The ten horns mean that ten kings will arise from that kingdom. Another king will arise after them, but he will be different from the earlier ones. He will humiliate three kings. He will speak words against the Most High. He will harass the holy ones of the Most High continually. His intention will be to change times established by law. They will be delivered into his hand For a time, times, and half a time. But the court will convene, and his ruling authority will be removed– destroyed and abolished forever! Then the kingdom, authority, and greatness of the kingdoms under all of heaven will be delivered to the people of the holy ones of the Most High. • Isaiah 17:12-14
The many nations massing together are as good as dead, those who make a commotion as loud as the roaring of the sea’s waves. The people making such an uproar are as good as dead, those who make an uproar as loud as the roaring of powerful waves.Though these people make an uproar as loud as the roaring of powerful waves, when he shouts at them, they will flee to a distant land, driven before the wind like dead weeds on the hills, or like dead thistles before a strong gale.In the evening there is sudden terror; by morning they vanish. This is the fate of those who try to plunder us, the destiny of those who try to loot us!
  • Ezekiel 32:18-32
“ Son of man, wail over the horde of Egypt. Bring it down; bring her and the daughters of powerful nations down to the lower parts of the earth, along with those who descend to the pit.Say to them,‘ Whom do you surpass in beauty? Go down and be laid to rest with the uncircumcised!’They will fall among those killed by the sword. The sword is drawn; they carry her and all her hordes away. The bravest of the warriors will speak to him from the midst of Sheol along with his allies, saying:‘ The uncircumcised have come down; they lie still, killed by the sword.’“ Assyria is there with all her assembly around her grave, all of them struck down by the sword.Their graves are located in the remote slopes of the pit. Her assembly is around her grave, all of them struck down by the sword, those who spread terror in the land of the living.“ Elam is there with all her hordes around her grave; all of them struck down by the sword. They went down uncircumcised to the lower parts of the earth, those who spread terror in the land of the living. Now they will bear their shame with those who descend to the pit.Among the dead they have made a bed for her, along with all her hordes around her grave. All of them are uncircumcised, killed by the sword, for their terror had spread in the land of the living. They bear their shame along with those who descend to the pit; they are placed among the dead.“ Meshech-Tubal is there, along with all her hordes around her grave. All of them are uncircumcised, killed by the sword, for they spread their terror in the land of the living. They do not lie with the fallen warriors of ancient times, who went down to Sheol with their weapons of war, having their swords placed under their heads and their shields on their bones, when the terror of these warriors was in the land of the living.“ But as for you, in the midst of the uncircumcised you will be broken, and you will lie with those killed by the sword.“ Edom is there with her kings and all her princes. Despite their might they are laid with those killed by the sword; they lie with the uncircumcised and those who descend to the pit.“ All the leaders of the north are there, along with all the Sidonians; despite their might they have gone down in shameful terror with the dead. They lie uncircumcised with those killed by the sword, and bear their shame with those who descend to the pit.“ Pharaoh will see them and be consoled over all his hordes who were killed by the sword, Pharaoh and all his army, declares the sovereign LORD.Indeed, I terrified him in the land of the living, yet he will lie in the midst of the uncircumcised with those killed by the sword, Pharaoh and all his hordes, declares the sovereign LORD.”
  • Job 8:16-19
He is a well-watered plant in the sun, its shoots spread over its garden. It wraps its roots around a heap of stones and it looks for a place among stones. If he is uprooted from his place, then that place will disown him, saying,‘ I have never seen you!’Indeed, this is the joy of his way, and out of the earth others spring up.
  • Psalms 79:10-12
Why should the nations say,“ Where is their God?” Before our very eyes may the shed blood of your servants be avenged among the nations!Listen to the painful cries of the prisoners! Use your great strength to set free those condemned to die!Pay back our neighbors in full! May they be insulted the same way they insulted you, O Lord!
  • Isaiah 14:19
But you have been thrown out of your grave like a shoot that is thrown away. You lie among the slain, among those who have been slashed by the sword, among those headed for the stones of the pit, as if you were a mangled corpse.
  • Psalms 74:3-23
Hurry and look at the permanent ruins, and all the damage the enemy has done to the temple!Your enemies roar in the middle of your sanctuary; they set up their battle flags. They invade like lumberjacks swinging their axes in a thick forest. And now they are tearing down all its engravings with axes and crowbars. They set your sanctuary on fire; they desecrate your dwelling place by knocking it to the ground. They say to themselves,“ We will oppress all of them.” They burn down all the places where people worship God in the land.We do not see any signs of God’s presence; there are no longer any prophets and we have no one to tell us how long this will last. How long, O God, will the adversary hurl insults? Will the enemy blaspheme your name forever? Why do you remain inactive? Intervene and destroy him!But God has been my king from ancient times, performing acts of deliverance on the earth. You destroyed the sea by your strength; you shattered the heads of the sea monster in the water. You crushed the heads of Leviathan; you fed him to the people who live along the coast. You broke open the spring and the stream; you dried up perpetually flowing rivers. You established the cycle of day and night; you put the moon and sun in place. You set up all the boundaries of the earth; you created the cycle of summer and winter.Remember how the enemy hurls insults, O LORD, and how a foolish nation blasphemes your name!Do not hand the life of your dove over to a wild animal! Do not continue to disregard the lives of your oppressed people!Remember your covenant promises, for the dark regions of the earth are full of places where violence rules.Do not let the afflicted be turned back in shame! Let the oppressed and poor praise your name!Rise up, O God! Defend your honor! Remember how fools insult you all day long!Do not disregard what your enemies say, or the unceasing shouts of those who defy you.
