因為你作了貧寒人的保障，窮苦人急難中的保障，可躲暴風雨的避難處，可避炎熱的陰涼地：因為強橫人噓的氣、好像冬天的暴風雨，

因为当强暴人催逼人的时候，如同暴风直吹墙壁，你就作贫穷人的保障，作困乏人急难中的保障，作躲暴风之处，作避炎热的阴凉。

因为你是贫寒人的保障，贫穷人急难中的保障，暴风雨之避难所，炎热地之阴凉处。当残暴者盛气凌人的时候，如暴风直吹墙壁，

因为你是贫寒人的保障，贫穷人急难中的保障，暴风雨之避难所，炎热地之阴凉处。当残暴者盛气凌人的时候，如暴风直吹墙壁，

你是贫穷人的避难所，是困苦之人患难中的避难所，你是避风港，是酷暑中的阴凉处。残暴之徒的气息好像吹袭墙垣的暴风，

你作了困乏人的保障、贫穷人急难中的保障、躲暴风雨的避难所、避炎热的阴凉处；因为强暴者所吹的气，如同直吹墙壁的暴风。

你是贫弱者的保障，是贫穷人在危难中的保障；是躲避暴雨的避难所，是遮挡炎热的荫庇；因为强横者的鼻息好像暴雨击打墙壁。

因為當強暴人催逼人的時候，如同暴風直吹牆壁，你就作貧窮人的保障，作困乏人急難中的保障，作躲暴風之處，作避炎熱的陰涼。

因為你是貧寒人的保障，貧窮人急難中的保障，暴風雨之避難所，炎熱地之陰涼處。當殘暴者盛氣凌人的時候，如暴風直吹牆壁，

因為你是貧寒人的保障，貧窮人急難中的保障，暴風雨之避難所，炎熱地之陰涼處。當殘暴者盛氣凌人的時候，如暴風直吹牆壁，

你是貧窮人的避難所，是困苦之人患難中的避難所，你是避風港，是酷暑中的陰涼處。殘暴之徒的氣息好像吹襲牆垣的暴風，

你作了困乏人的保障、貧窮人急難中的保障、躲暴風雨的避難所、避炎熱的陰涼處；因為強暴者所吹的氣，如同直吹牆壁的暴風。

你是貧弱者的保障，是貧窮人在危難中的保障；是躲避暴雨的避難所，是遮擋炎熱的蔭庇；因為強橫者的鼻息好像暴雨擊打牆壁。

在強者肆行殘暴、如狂風衝突牆垣之時、爾為貧窮者之堅城、困乏者難中之保障、狂風中為避所、炎熱時為蔭庇、

強暴之人、若風撼墻、窮民遭難、爾扞衛之、颶風狂飆、爾扶翼之、烈日炎熇、爾庇蔭之、

卑弱者、貧窮者、遭遇患難、主為保障、護祐之脫離暴雨、庇蔭之免受炎熱、蓋強暴之人、勢如暴雨沖塌墻垣、

You have been a refuge for the poor, a refuge for the needy in their distress, a shelter from the storm and a shade from the heat. For the breath of the ruthless is like a storm driving against a wall

Poor people have come to you for safety. You have kept needy people safe when they were in trouble. You have been a place to hide when storms came. You have been a shade from the heat of the sun. Evil people attack us. They are like a storm beating against a wall.

For you have been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a shelter from the storm and a shade from the heat; for the breath of the ruthless is like a storm against a wall,

But you are a tower of refuge to the poor, O Lord, a tower of refuge to the needy in distress. You are a refuge from the storm and a shelter from the heat. For the oppressive acts of ruthless people are like a storm beating against a wall,

For you have been a stronghold for the poor person, a stronghold for the needy in his distress, a refuge from storms and a shade from heat. When the breath of the violent is like a storm against a wall,

For You have been a stronghold for the helpless, A stronghold for the poor in his distress, A refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat; For the breath of the ruthless Is like a rain storm against a wall.

For You have been a strength to the poor, A strength to the needy in his distress, A refuge from the storm, A shade from the heat; For the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.

For thou hast been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.

For You have been a stronghold for the poor, a stronghold for the needy person in his distress, a refuge from the rain, a shade from the heat. When the breath of the violent is like rain against a wall,

For thou hast been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones[ is] as a storm[ against] the wall.

For you are a protector for the poor, a protector for the needy in their distress, a shelter from the rainstorm, a shade from the heat. Though the breath of tyrants is like a winter rainstorm,

For you have been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat, when the blast of the dreaded ones is like a storm against the wall.

我卻要在你中間留下困苦貧寒的人民；他們必避難於我耶和華名內；

個個就都像避風所和隱匿處、讓人可避暴雨，都像水溝在乾透了之地，像大碞石的影子在人疲乏之地。

霖雨降，河流來，大風吹，撞着那房子，房子不倒壞；因為它立了根基在磐石上。凡聽我這些話而不實行的，好比一個愚拙的人，把他的房子建造在沙土上。霖雨降，河流來，大風吹，碰着那房子，房子就倒壞；其倒壞是很大的！』

實在的，永恆主是這麼說：『就是勇士擄掠的、也可以拿回，就使強橫人拿去的、也可以搭救過來；跟你相爭的、我必跟他相爭；你的兒女、我必拯救。

我親愛的弟兄們請聽，上帝豈不是揀選了世人以為窮的而富於信仰，以承受他所應許給愛他之人的國麼？

可怎樣回答外國的使者呢？你要說：『永恆主奠立了錫安，他人民中的困苦人必避難於她裏面。』

永恆主發神諭說：這一切都是我手造的，這一切都是我的。但以下這種人我倒要垂看：我要垂看卑遜謙虛、心靈傷痛，一聽見我的話、就戰戰兢兢的人。

他卻保護窮人於高處，免受苦難，使他的家屬多如羊羣。

那時永恆主必顯現，日間藉着雲和煙，夜間藉着火燄之明亮顯現於錫安山之全地址，和他人民的會眾上，因為全「榮現」之上他本身就是天篷和亭子，白日可以使人得陰涼避炎熱，也可以作為避難所和隱匿處、以躲避狂風暴雨或霖雨。

不然，他就得抓住我做逃難所，跟我講和，跟我和好。』

但你敵人的蜂擁軍兵卻要像微細的飛塵，強橫的蜂擁軍兵都要像飛過的糠粃；而這又是頃刻之間、突然而來的。

困苦人必因永恆主而增加歡喜；人間貧窮的必因以色列之聖者而快樂。

那時我的人民必住在平安的莊舍，安然無懼之住處，優游自得的安居所，雖則樹林都完全倒下來，京城都全毁為平地。

我的骨頭都要說：『永恆主啊，誰能比得上你？援救困苦人脫離那比他強的，援救貧窮人脫離那搶奪他的？』

他顧惜貧寒和窮人，拯救窮人的性命。

我緊跟着你的法度；不要使我失望哦！

他憑義氣為貧寒人申正義，以正直判斷國中的困苦人；他以口中的杖擊打強橫人，以嘴裏的氣殺死惡人。

但上帝拯救了孤兒脫離他們口舌的鋒刃，也救助了貧窮人脫離強暴人的手。這樣、貧寒人就有了希望，蠻橫強暴必塞住自己的口。

永恆主的使者就出來，在亞述營中擊殺了十八萬五千人；第二天早晨、人清早起來，只見都是死屍。

因為你忘了拯救你的上帝，你不懷念那做你逃難所的磐石；所以你雖栽上佳美可愛的樹栽子，種上異樣的樹種，

永恆主說：『因困苦人受蹂躪，因貧窮人的哀唉哼，我現在要起來，把他安置於他所切慕的穩妥之地。』

永恆主啊，施恩於我們；我們在等候着你；每日早晨做我們的膀臂哦，做我們患難時的救星哦！

願他為民間的困苦人伸冤，拯救貧苦之輩，壓碎那欺壓人的。

這樣的人必居於高處；磐石之山寨必做他的高壘；他的糧食必長有供應；他的水源永久可靠。

所以你要對那些塗抹灰水的人說：那牆是一定倒下來的；必有大雨漫過；大冰雹必降下來！狂風必暴發。看吧，這牆倒下來之後，人豈不指着它而問你們說：「你們塗抹的灰水在哪裏呢？」因此主永恆主這麼說：我一定要在我烈怒中使狂風暴發起來；在我忿怒中必有大雨漫過；大冰雹必在烈怒中降下來毁滅這牆。

對他說：『希西家這麼說：「今日是有急難、受責罰、受侮慢的日子；就如嬰兒臨到生產的關頭，卻沒有力量生出來。或者永恆主你的上帝聽見參謀長的話，就是他主上亞述王打發他來辱罵永活之上帝的；或者永恆主你的上帝會斥責他所聽見的話：故此求你為所有餘剩之民呈上禱告。」』
