因为当强暴人催逼人的时候，如同暴风直吹墙壁，你就作贫穷人的保障，作困乏人急难中的保障，作躲暴风之处，作避炎热的阴凉。

因为你是贫寒人的保障，贫穷人急难中的保障，暴风雨之避难所，炎热地之阴凉处。当残暴者盛气凌人的时候，如暴风直吹墙壁，

因为你是贫寒人的保障，贫穷人急难中的保障，暴风雨之避难所，炎热地之阴凉处。当残暴者盛气凌人的时候，如暴风直吹墙壁，

你是贫穷人的避难所，是困苦之人患难中的避难所，你是避风港，是酷暑中的阴凉处。残暴之徒的气息好像吹袭墙垣的暴风，

你作了困乏人的保障、贫穷人急难中的保障、躲暴风雨的避难所、避炎热的阴凉处；因为强暴者所吹的气，如同直吹墙壁的暴风。

因為你是貧寒人的保障，貧窮人急難中的保障，暴風雨之避難所，炎熱地之陰涼處。當殘暴者盛氣凌人的時候，如暴風直吹牆壁，

你是貧窮人的避難所，是困苦之人患難中的避難所，你是避風港，是酷暑中的陰涼處。殘暴之徒的氣息好像吹襲牆垣的暴風，

你作了困乏人的保障、貧窮人急難中的保障、躲暴風雨的避難所、避炎熱的陰涼處；因為強暴者所吹的氣，如同直吹牆壁的暴風。

因為你作了貧寒人的保障，窮苦人急難中的保障，可躲暴風雨的避難處，可避炎熱的陰涼地：因為強橫人噓的氣、好像冬天的暴風雨，

在強者肆行殘暴、如狂風衝突牆垣之時、爾為貧窮者之堅城、困乏者難中之保障、狂風中為避所、炎熱時為蔭庇、

強暴之人、若風撼墻、窮民遭難、爾扞衛之、颶風狂飆、爾扶翼之、烈日炎熇、爾庇蔭之、

卑弱者、貧窮者、遭遇患難、主為保障、護祐之脫離暴雨、庇蔭之免受炎熱、蓋強暴之人、勢如暴雨沖塌墻垣、

You have been a refuge for the poor, a refuge for the needy in their distress, a shelter from the storm and a shade from the heat. For the breath of the ruthless is like a storm driving against a wall

Poor people have come to you for safety. You have kept needy people safe when they were in trouble. You have been a place to hide when storms came. You have been a shade from the heat of the sun. Evil people attack us. They are like a storm beating against a wall.

For you have been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a shelter from the storm and a shade from the heat; for the breath of the ruthless is like a storm against a wall,

But you are a tower of refuge to the poor, O Lord, a tower of refuge to the needy in distress. You are a refuge from the storm and a shelter from the heat. For the oppressive acts of ruthless people are like a storm beating against a wall,

For you have been a stronghold for the poor person, a stronghold for the needy in his distress, a refuge from storms and a shade from heat. When the breath of the violent is like a storm against a wall,

For You have been a stronghold for the helpless, A stronghold for the poor in his distress, A refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat; For the breath of the ruthless Is like a rain storm against a wall.

For You have been a strength to the poor, A strength to the needy in his distress, A refuge from the storm, A shade from the heat; For the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.

For thou hast been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.

For You have been a stronghold for the poor, a stronghold for the needy person in his distress, a refuge from the rain, a shade from the heat. When the breath of the violent is like rain against a wall,

For thou hast been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones[ is] as a storm[ against] the wall.

For you are a protector for the poor, a protector for the needy in their distress, a shelter from the rainstorm, a shade from the heat. Though the breath of tyrants is like a winter rainstorm,

For you have been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat, when the blast of the dreaded ones is like a storm against the wall.

個個都像避風所和避暴雨的隱祕處，又像荒漠中的溪水，像乾旱之地大磐石的蔭庇。

大雨降下，急流沖來，狂風颳起，撞擊那房子，房子卻沒有倒塌，因為它在磐石上立定根基。可是，凡是聽了我這些話而不實行的人，就好比一個愚拙的人把自己的房子建在沙灘上。大雨降下，急流沖來，狂風颳起，撞擊那房子，房子就倒塌了，並且倒塌得非常厲害。」

然而耶和華如此說：「就算是勇士的俘虜，也必被奪回；強橫者的擄物，也必被救出。與你爭鬥的，我必親自與他爭鬥；至於你的兒女，我必親自拯救。

我親愛的弟兄們，請聽！神難道不是揀選了世上的那些貧窮人，使他們在信仰上富有，並且做他國度的繼承人嗎？這國度是他應許給愛他之人的。

應當怎樣回答外邦的使者們呢？當說：「耶和華已奠立了錫安，他子民中的困苦人必投靠其中。」

耶和華宣告：「這一切是我手所造的，這一切就因此存在了。我要看顧這樣的人，就是謙卑、靈裡痛悔、因我的話語而戰兢的人。

但他把貧窮的人安置在高處，脫離苦難，使他們的家族多如羊群。

那時，耶和華必在錫安全山和會眾之上，創造白天的雲彩，創造夜間的濃煙和火焰的光；因為在一切榮耀之上必有遮蓋：躲避白天炎熱的遮蔭棚，躲避狂風暴雨的避難所和藏身處。

或者，讓他們抓緊我的保障，與我和好，與我和好吧！

然而，你成群的外敵必變得像細小的灰塵，那些成群的強橫者必像被吹散的糠秕。

卑微人將因耶和華樂上加樂，世人中的貧窮人將因以色列的聖者而快樂；

我的子民必住在平安的居所、安穩的住處、安逸的歇息之地。儘管冰雹降下擊倒森林、城邑徹底敗落，

我全身的骨頭都要說：「耶和華啊，誰能像你呢？你解救困苦人脫離那些比他強大的；解救困苦人和貧窮人脫離那些搶奪他的。」

他顧惜貧弱者和窮人，拯救窮人的性命；

我緊緊守著你的法度，耶和華啊，求你不要讓我蒙羞！

他必以公義審斷貧弱者，以正直裁決世上的卑微人；以口中的杖擊打世界，以嘴裡的氣殺死惡人。

於是耶和華的使者出去，在亞述的營中擊殺了十八萬五千人；清早人們起來，看哪，所見的都是死屍！

因為你忘記了那拯救你的神，不記念你避難的磐石。因此，你雖栽上佳美的秧子，種上外族的葡萄枝，

耶和華說：「因為困苦人所受的迫害和貧窮人的呻吟，我現在要挺身而起，把他們安置在他們渴望的穩妥之地。」

耶和華啊，求你恩待我們，我們等候你；求你每天清晨作我們的膀臂，在我們患難時作我們的拯救！

願他為子民中的困苦人施行審判，拯救貧窮人的兒女，壓碎那欺壓者。

這人必居於高處，他的庇護所是堅固的磐石；他的糧必被供應，他的水必不斷絕。

他們對他說：「希西加如此說：『今天是一個患難、責罰、恥辱的日子；因為嬰孩已經臨盆，我們卻沒有力氣生下來。將軍的主人亞述王派他來辱罵永生的神，或許耶和華你的神聽見了他的話，就會斥責所聽見的那些話。因此，求你為幸存的餘剩之民獻上禱告。』」
