以利亞敬和舍伯那跟約亞對參謀長說：『請用亞蘭語對僕人說話，因為我們聽得來；不要用猶大語對我們說話，以致讓城上的人民曉得聽。』

腓利就起身去。忽見一個埃提阿伯人、是埃提阿伯女王干大基有權力的太監、掌管女王全部銀庫的。這人上耶路撒冷來敬拜；

當下希西家的兒子、管家以利亞敬、祕書舍伯那和亞薩的兒子、通知官約亞、都來到希西家面前，衣服撕裂，將參謀長的話告訴了他。

管理王府庫的是亞疊的兒子押斯馬威；管理田野、城市、村子、譙樓的倉庫的、是烏西雅的兒子約拿單；

希勒家的兒子以利亞敬和舍伯那跟約亞對參謀長說：『請用亞蘭語和僕人說話，因為我們聽得來；不要用猶大語同我們說話，以致讓城上的人民聽得懂。』
