他的政权与平安必加增无穷。他必在大卫的宝座上治理他的国，以公平公义使国坚定稳固，从今直到永远。万军之耶和华的热心必成就这事。

要将犁头打成刀剑，镰刀打成戈矛；弱者要说：“我是勇士。”

我的百姓要住在平安的居所，安稳的住处，宁静的安歇之地。

我要赏赐金子代替铜，赏赐银子代替铁，铜代替木头，铁代替石头。我要以和平为你的官长，以公义为你的监督。你的地不再听闻残暴的事，境内不再听见破坏与毁灭。你必称你的墙为“拯救”，称你的门为“赞美”。

他必以敬畏耶和华为乐；行审判不凭眼见，断是非也不凭耳闻；却要以公义审判贫寒人，以正直判断地上的困苦人，以口中的棍击打全地，以嘴里的气杀戮恶人。

他止息战争，直到地极；他折弓、断枪，把战车焚烧在火中。

上帝啊，求你起来审判全地，因为你必得万国为业。

他来的时候，要为罪、为义，为审判，指证世人；为罪，是因他们不信我；为义，是因我到父那里去，你们将不再见到我；为审判，是因这世界的统治者已受了审判。

后来我看见天开了。有一匹白马，骑在马上的称为“诚信”、“真实”，他审判和争战都凭着公义。

因为他已经定了日子，要藉着他所设立的人按公义审判天下，并且使他从死人中复活，给万人作可信的凭据。”

大山小山都要因公义使百姓得享平安。他必为百姓中困苦的人伸冤，拯救贫穷之辈，压碎那欺压人的人。太阳还存，月亮犹在，人要敬畏你，直到万代！他必降临，像雨降在已割的草地上，如甘霖滋润田地。在他的日子，公义要兴旺，大有平安，除非月亮不在。

战士在战乱中所穿的靴子，以及那滚在血中的衣服，都必当作柴火燃烧。
