我的子民必住在平安的居所、安稳的住处、安逸的歇息之地。

我要拿金子来代替铜，拿银子来代替铁，拿铜来代替木头，拿铁来代替石头。我要使平安作你的管理者，使公义作你的监督。你的地上必不再听见残暴的事，你的境内也不再听见毁坏和破败的事；你必称你的城墙为“救恩”，称你的城门为“赞美”。

他以敬畏耶和华为乐，审断不凭眼见，裁决不凭耳闻。他必以公义审断贫弱者，以正直裁决世上的卑微人；以口中的杖击打世界，以嘴里的气杀死恶人。

他使战争止息，直到地极；他打断弓、砍断矛，用烈火烧掉战车。

神哪，求你起来，审判大地，因为你将承受万国！

在耶和华面前欢呼，因为他要来，因为他要来审判大地；他将以公义审判世界，以他的信实审判万民！

耶和华必击碎那些与他抗争的，他将从天上打雷攻击他们。耶和华必审判地极；他将赐力量给他所立的王，使他受膏者的角高举。”

他来了，要在关于罪、关于义、关于审判的事上，使世界知罪。关于罪，是因为世界不信我；关于义，是因为我到父那里去，而你们不再看到我了；关于审判，是因为世界的那掌权者已经被定罪了。

接着，我看见天开了，看哪，有一匹白马。骑马的那一位被称为“信实的”和“真实的”；他以公义去审判、去作战。

因为他已经确立了日子，将要藉着他所设定的一个人，以公义来审判天下的人，并且藉着使他从死人中复活，给万人带来了确据。”

愿群山和冈陵藉着公义为百姓带来平安；愿他为子民中的困苦人施行审判，拯救贫穷人的儿女，压碎那欺压者。人们必敬畏你，如日之恒，如月之久，直到万代。他必降临，如同雨水降在割过的草地上，又如细雨滋润大地。在他的日子里，义人必兴盛，并有丰盛的平安，如月长存。

每一个在战乱中所穿的军靴和滚在血中的战袍，都必烧毁，成为烧火的燃料。
