豺狼必與綿羊羔同住，豹子要與山羊羔同臥，牛犢、幼獅和肥畜必同群；小孩子要牽引牠們。牛必與母熊一同吃食，牛犢必與小熊一起躺臥；獅子就像牛一般吃草。吃奶的嬰兒必在虺蛇的洞口玩耍，斷奶的孩子必放他的手在毒蛇的穴上。在我整個聖山上面，這一切都不行傷害或毀滅之事；因為認識耶和華的知識要充滿大地，好像海水覆蓋海洋一般。

他的政權與平安必無窮無盡地增加，他在大衛的寶座上治理他的國，以公平和公義使國堅立穩固，從現在直到永遠。萬軍之耶和華的熱心必成全這事。

要把犁頭打成刀劍，把鐮刀打成矛槍；軟弱的要說：‘我是勇士。’

那時，我的子民必住在平安的居所，安穩的住處，不受騷擾的安息之處。

我要帶來黃金代替銅，帶來銀子代替鐵，銅代替木頭，鐵代替石頭。我要立和平作你的官長，立公義作你的監督。在你的國中必不再聽見強暴的事，在你的境內，也不再聽到荒廢和毀壞的事；你必稱你的城牆為“拯救”，稱你的城門為“讚美”。

他必以敬畏耶和華為樂。他不憑眼睛所見的施行審判，也不憑耳朵所聽的斷定是非；卻要以公義審判貧窮人，以正直判斷地上的困苦人；以口中的杖擊打世界，以嘴裡的氣殺死惡人。

他使戰爭止息，直到地極；他把弓折毀，把矛砍斷，把戰車用火焚燒。

神啊！求你起來，審判大地，因為萬國都是你的產業。

它們都要在耶和華面前歡呼，因為他來了；他來要審判全地。他要按著公義審判世界，憑著他的信實審判萬民。

他必在列國中施行審判，屍首就遍滿各處；他要剿滅地上各處的首領。

至高者在天上打雷，耶和華必打碎與他作對的人。耶和華要審判地的四極，卻要賜力量給他所立的王，高舉他膏立之人的角。”

他來了，就要在罪、在義、在審判各方面指證世人的罪。在罪方面，是因為他們不信我；在義方面，是因為我到父那裡去，你們就再看不見我；在審判方面，是因為這世界的統治者已經受了審判。

我觀看，見天開了。有一匹白馬，那騎馬的稱為“忠信”和“真實”；他按著公義審判和作戰。

因為他已經定好了日子，要藉著他所立的人，按公義審判天下，並且使他從死人中復活，給萬人作一個可信的憑據。”

因著公義，願大山和小山都給人民帶來和平。他必為民間的困苦人伸冤，拯救貧窮人，粉碎那欺壓人的。他必像日月一般長久，直到萬代（按照《馬索拉文本》，本節應作“日月還在的時候，願人都敬畏你，直到萬代”；現參照《七十士譯本》翻譯）。他必像雨降在已割的草地上，像甘霖滋潤大地。他在世的日子，義人必興旺，四境太平，直到月亮不再重現。

因為戰士在戰爭喧嚷中所穿的靴，和輥在血中的袍，都必燒毀，成了燒火的燃料。
