豺狼必与绵羊羔同住，豹子要与山羊羔同卧，牛犊、幼狮和肥畜必同群；小孩子要牵引它们。牛必与母熊一同吃食，牛犊必与小熊一起躺卧；狮子就像牛一般吃草。吃奶的婴儿必在虺蛇的洞口玩耍，断奶的孩子必放他的手在毒蛇的穴上。在我整个圣山上面，这一切都不行伤害或毁灭之事；因为认识耶和华的知识要充满大地，好像海水覆盖海洋一般。

他的政权与平安必无穷无尽地增加，他在大卫的宝座上治理他的国，以公平和公义使国坚立稳固，从现在直到永远。万军之耶和华的热心必成全这事。

要把犁头打成刀剑，把镰刀打成矛枪；软弱的要说：‘我是勇士。’

那时，我的子民必住在平安的居所，安稳的住处，不受骚扰的安息之处。

我要带来黄金代替铜，带来银子代替铁，铜代替木头，铁代替石头。我要立和平作你的官长，立公义作你的监督。在你的国中必不再听见强暴的事，在你的境内，也不再听到荒废和毁坏的事；你必称你的城墙为“拯救”，称你的城门为“赞美”。

他必以敬畏耶和华为乐。他不凭眼睛所见的施行审判，也不凭耳朵所听的断定是非；却要以公义审判贫穷人，以正直判断地上的困苦人；以口中的杖击打世界，以嘴里的气杀死恶人。

他使战争止息，直到地极；他把弓折毁，把矛砍断，把战车用火焚烧。

神啊！求你起来，审判大地，因为万国都是你的产业。

它们都要在耶和华面前欢呼，因为他来了；他来要审判全地。他要按着公义审判世界，凭着他的信实审判万民。

他来了，就要在罪、在义、在审判各方面指证世人的罪。在罪方面，是因为他们不信我；在义方面，是因为我到父那里去，你们就再看不见我；在审判方面，是因为这世界的统治者已经受了审判。

我观看，见天开了。有一匹白马，那骑马的称为“忠信”和“真实”；他按着公义审判和作战。

因为他已经定好了日子，要藉着他所立的人，按公义审判天下，并且使他从死人中复活，给万人作一个可信的凭据。”

因着公义，愿大山和小山都给人民带来和平。他必为民间的困苦人伸冤，拯救贫穷人，粉碎那欺压人的。他必像日月一般长久，直到万代（按照《马索拉文本》，本节应作“日月还在的时候，愿人都敬畏你，直到万代”；现参照《七十士译本》翻译）。他必像雨降在已割的草地上，像甘霖滋润大地。他在世的日子，义人必兴旺，四境太平，直到月亮不再重现。

因为战士在战争喧嚷中所穿的靴，和辊在血中的袍，都必烧毁，成了烧火的燃料。
