It will be a sign and a witness that the Lord of Heaven’s Armies is worshiped in the land of Egypt. When the people cry to the Lord for help against those who oppress them, he will send them a savior who will rescue them.

过了多年，埃及王死了。以色列人因做苦工，就叹息哀求，他们的哀声达于神。

松树长出，代替荆棘；番石榴长出，代替蒺藜。这要为耶和华留名，作为永远的证据，不能剪除。”

耶和华说：“我的百姓在埃及所受的困苦，我实在看见了；他们因受督工的辖制所发的哀声，我也听见了。我原知道他们的痛苦，

工人给你们收割庄稼，你们亏欠他们的工钱，这工钱有声音呼叫，并且那收割之人的冤声已经入了万军之主的耳了。

因今天在大卫的城里，为你们生了救主，就是主基督。

约书亚将这些话都写在神的律法书上，又将一块大石头立在橡树下耶和华的圣所旁边。约书亚对百姓说：“看哪，这石头可以向我们作见证；因为是听见了耶和华所吩咐我们的一切话，倘或你们背弃你们的神，这石头就可以向你们作见证。”

约哈斯恳求耶和华，耶和华就应允他，因为见以色列人所受亚兰王的欺压。耶和华赐给以色列人一位拯救者，使他们脱离亚兰人的手；于是以色列人仍旧安居在家里。

等候所盼望的福，并等候至大的神和我们救主耶稣基督的荣耀显现。

但耶和华如此说：“就是勇士所掳掠的，也可以夺回；强暴人所抢的，也可以解救。与你相争的，我必与他相争；我要拯救你的儿女。并且我必使那欺压你的吃自己的肉，也要以自己的血喝醉，好像喝甜酒一样。凡有血气的必都知道我耶和华是你的救主，是你的救赎主，是雅各的大能者。”

耶和华说：我的百姓既是无价被掳去，如今我在这里做什么呢？耶和华说：辖制他们的人呼叫，我的名整天受亵渎。

乃是为你我中间和你我后人中间作证据，好叫我们也在耶和华面前献燔祭、平安祭，和别的祭侍奉他，免得你们的子孙日后对我们的子孙说，你们与耶和华无份了。’所以我们说：‘日后你们对我们，或对我们的后人这样说，我们就可以回答说，你们看我们列祖所筑的坛是耶和华坛的样式；这并不是为献燔祭，也不是为献别的祭，乃是为作你我中间的证据。’

并要在患难之日求告我；我必搭救你，你也要荣耀我。”

你们要述说陈明你们的理，让他们彼此商议。谁从古时指明？谁从上古述说？不是我耶和华吗？除了我以外，再没有神；我是公义的神，又是救主；除了我以外，再没有别神。地极的人都当仰望我，就必得救；因为我是神，再没有别神。

耶和华的使者出去，在亚述营中杀了十八万五千人。清早有人起来一看，都是死尸了。
